Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, September 14, tease that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will be thrilled now that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) is waking up from his drug-induced coma.
When the action left off last week, John had just moved his arms and his eyes had opened, and now the question will be exactly what kind of damage or temporary symptoms have been caused by the aneurysm and the associated brain swelling.
Well, chances are, Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) or Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will come rushing into the room to examine John. It looks like it won’t be long before everyone realizes that something’s awry with the usually happy and easygoing John.
It seems that John will be angrier and his ability to control his temper will be impaired, and everyone will hope that it’s just a temporary thing.
It appears that John’s first major outburst may come as Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) comes for a visit. Sami will probably be itching to apologize to John and make things right after all the terrible things she said in the moments leading up to his collapse.
But John won’t be having it and he’ll growl at Sami about how she told him he was “nothing,” and he’ll even throw something at her in an angry outburst. That’s going to irk Sami, and she’ll fight back.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, September 14 say that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will be horrified as she realizes that Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) has not been effectively “handled” by Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers).
Eli’s peeved that Kristen is putting himself and Lani at risk, and he’s determined to arrest Kristen for the attempted murder of Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston).
Kristen will probably pull out all the stops and make plea after plea for Eli to look the other way, but unfortunately none of her pleas will work. Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Eli will be pretty much in the process of arresting Kristen when Lani shows up at the Salem Inn to bring Rachel Black back to Kristen.
That’s going to outrage Lani, and later in the week, she and Eli will have a serious argument about Eli’s decision to betray her and arrest Kristen.
Next, it appears that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will have some big dreams. As DOOL viewers know, Ben suffered burns and smoke inhalation during the explosion that presumably killed Ciara Weston (Victoria Konefal).
The doctors currently have Ben on sedation, so it looks like he’ll do some vivid dreaming about his future with Ciara.
Ciara will even make an appearance right there in Ben’s hospital room – or at least that’s what Ben will think at first. Ciara will tell Ben that she’s “right there,” but eventually Ben will wake up from the dream and reality will hit him square in the face. Ben will have to face the fact that Ciara’s gone.
It also looks like news about Ciara’s presumed death will continue to spread around Salem. Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday say that Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will tell Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) about Ciara’s passing, as she’ll deliver heartbreaking news to Doug.
Of course, Doug and Julie will want to do everything they can to support Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) through the loss of another child, but first they’ll need some moments to grieve.
And speaking of Hope, she’ll speak again with Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) on Monday’s episode. Last viewers saw of Hope, she was in mourning over Ciara’s death in the explosion, but it seems that she’ll want to talk things over with Eve and see what Vincent Bellman (Michael Teh) might have been planning.
Eve could know some tidbits about Vincent that could come in handy, and surely Hope is going to wonder about whether Ciara was really in that exploding car.
It sounds like a lot of great Days of Our Lives drama is heating up for Monday’s episode, so stay tuned! We’ll give you updates as more news comes in. We’ll be sure to keep you up to speed on the latest Days of Our Lives spoilers and news – you can count on CDL!
