Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will get all dolled up and prepare to marry the man she loves. DOOL fans know there was a time when Sarah could barely stand to look at Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). Xander’s committed some terrible crimes and hurt plenty of Salemites in the process.
However, the power of Sarah’s love changed Xander. Sarah brings out the best in this semi-reformed villain – at least in some ways. At the same time, Sarah is the one person Xander will do absolutely anything for. That includes some devious actions like being part of a baby swap and delivering death threats to Dr. Raynor (Victoria Platt).
In other words, Xander’s still a bad boy. He’s just not as bad as he was before! Even so, it’s tough to root against Xander when he’s so sweet to Sarah and Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton. Paul Telfer does an excellent job of making Xander likable despite his massive mistakes and schemes.
As Xander prepares to wed Sarah, he’ll be over the moon. Unfortunately, Xander won’t realize his baby switch cover-up is crumbling. After Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) spills the beans to Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), they’ll agree that Sarah must be told. Mickey is actually Rachel DiMera Black and needs to be returned to her rightful parents.
Eric will plan to reveal the truth to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) as well, but it’s best to break the news to Sarah first. After all, Eric and Nicole won’t know how Kristen’s going to react. They realize Kristen can be a bit of a wildcard, so they’ll probably worry about Kristen snatching Rachel back without even giving Sarah a chance to say goodbye.
Of course, Sarah’s relationship status is another reason to bump her up on the list. Sarah’s about to go from engaged to married, so Nicole and Eric will want to stop the wedding ASAP. They won’t want Sarah to tie the knot to Xander, who duped her about her own daughter’s demise.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say the bride will be intercepted during the week of April 6-10. Nicole and Eric will race over to pump the brakes on these nuptials. It looks like they’ll manage to corner Sarah before the ceremony begins, so they’ll have an opportunity to drop the bomb.
Here’s where things get extra interesting. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sarah will face the ultimate shocker – presumably when she’s told Mickey is really Rachel. The crazy part is Sarah will still walk down the aisle during the week of April 13-17!
It seems like Days has given us two potential options to ponder. One is that Sarah will be so deeply in denial that she rejects the story entirely. Sarah may convince herself Nicole and Eric have it all wrong. Another possibility is that Sarah will want to hurt Xander like he’s hurt her. Sarah may decide to go through the motions so she can dump Xander at the altar.
Whatever the case, Days of Our Lives is set to deliver a memorable wedding. It may not be completed, but it should bring some stunning DOOL moments!
