Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will put their investigative skills to good use. Steve recently worked out the theory that a relative of Tripp Dalton’s (Lucas Adams) might’ve been the man who really assaulted Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold).
That led to Steve having a realization, which he’ll follow up on during the week of January 4-8. No matter what exactly Steve’s thinking, there’s one person who can offer answers.
Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) isn’t an option since she’s still missing, but there’s somebody else who can offer the full scoop on Ava’s past and the whole Vitali family.
Of course, that person is Angelo Vitali (Angelo Tiffe). DOOL fans have heard Ava speak about “Cousin Angelo” quite a bit since she’s been back. Angelo was also in touch with Tripp when Ava was believed to be dead.
It’s clear that Angelo is a prominent member of the Vitali clan, so Steve will know he’s the guy to talk about all Tripp’s relatives. However, Steve obviously wants to zero in on someone who Allie might’ve confused for Tripp – someone who would’ve been in London that same night.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Steve and John will catch up with Angelo at a little café. It might serve as a front that helps the Vitali family launder money.
Whatever the case, Days viewers can expect an Angelo ambush! John and Steve will fight hard for answers, even if Angelo doesn’t want to give them. Angelo may keep his guard up and wonder why he should share anything at all, but John’s menacing side will come out.
John’s emotions have been heightened due to brain crisis complications, so he can get awfully nasty. Since John considers Allie to be his very beloved granddaughter, he’ll want the truth to come out.
There’s nothing John won’t do if it means exposing Allie’s true assaulter, so he’ll be ready to attack Angelo if he has to.
Fortunately, Angelo will decide to cooperate – and that should lead to confirmation that Ava has another son. When pressed, Angelo may admit that his name is Charlie Dale and he now lives in Salem.
John may be the one to realize it’s the same Charlie who’s dating his other granddaughter, Claire Brady (Isabel Durant)!
It looks like John and Steve will solve the puzzle right as Allie’s working things out for herself through hypnosis. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Charlie will be identified as the real culprit, so he’s going down soon. We’ll offer updates as other Days news rolls in.
