Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, July 16, tease that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will deliver another shocker to Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney). Sami’s already reeling from the news that Allie’s pregnant and intends to give her child up for adoption. Next, Allie will reveal who she’s selected as an adoptive dad for her little one – at least if he’s willing.
DOOL fans can expect Sami to hit the roof all over again when Allie insists she wants Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) to raise her baby. Sami will absolutely refuse to let her ex become a father to her grandchild.
Of course, it isn’t up to Sami – and Allie will surely remind her mother of that. Even so, it won’t be long until Sami decides she needs to find Rafe and let him know where she stands.
Meanwhile, Days spoilers say Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will sound the alarm over at the Kiriakis mansion. Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) and Will Horton (Chandler Massey) aren’t in the loop on Sami’s return to town just yet, so Marlena will offer updates.
Will and Sonny will get the scoop on all the wedding drama and perhaps wonder how Sami will react to their own desire to adopt Allie’s baby.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) will finally have a chance to relax. Nicole and Eric’s wedding was beautiful, but their reception plans were ruined thanks to Sami.
However, Eric and Nicole will try to stay positive. It’s been quite the journey to get to newlywed status, but Nicole and Eric can finally enjoy their first night as husband and wife.
At the Salem PD, Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) will get emotional as she realizes what Ivan Marais’ (Ivan G’Vera) bombshell means. After Ivan confirmed that Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) had two babies, Gabi started to get the picture.
She determined that Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) were twins, but a worse realization is still to come.
Gabi will determine that as Stefan’s identical twin, Jake’s DNA would be a match. It also explains why the memory serum didn’t work. Since Stefan was declared brain dead and his heart was given to Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes), Days spoilers state that Gabi’s hope will quickly fade.
She’ll be devastated when she assumes Stefan is really dead and Jake is his twin brother.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Jake will try to comfort Gabi after this crushing blow, but she won’t be interested in his sympathy. As Jake bends down and gently touches Gabi’s shoulder, she’ll tell him to get lost. Gabi will feel like Jake should just put his attention back on Gwen (Emily O’Brien) and let her grieve again in peace.
