Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, October 1, tease that Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will deliver a stern warning. Eli’s been tackling Melinda Trask’s (Tina Huang) questions as best as he can, but he knows this determined DA will do whatever it takes to destroy Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) world.
If that means destroying Eli and Lani Price-Grant’s (Sal Stowers) world in the process, then so be it.
Eli will warn Lani that her multiple attempts to help Kristen may come back to bite her. Lani will hold out hope that everything will turn out all right, but another snag’s on the way thanks to Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds) blunder.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Abe will meet up with Melinda for a lovely conversation. They’ll put any bad blood in the past to rest and even clutch hands in a warm moment.
Unfortunately, Abe will let something slip during this chat that could incriminate Lani. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Melinda’s desire for revenge is more important than anything else right now. Melinda won’t hesitate to take pregnant Lani down with Kristen if she has to.
However, it’s Kristen who Melinda really wants to ruin, so she’ll mostly just hope she can use Lani’s actions as leverage. Abe’s blunder will give Melinda some power over Eli and put him in a bind by the time Friday rolls around.
Protecting Lani could become a huge motivator to be more cooperative – at least that’s what Melinda will be hoping.
Until then, Kristen will fight the urge to flee and head to the hospital with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). Days spoilers say Brady and Kristen will want to check in with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and see how John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) doing. It looks like Kristen will corner Marlena for a discussion while Brady’s visiting John’s room.
DOOL fans can expect Kristen to ask a favor and hope Marlena grants it. There’ll be some special request that they discuss, so what’s this all about? Kristen might address the possibility that she’ll be locked up for the rest of her life.
If that happens, Kristen may ask Marlena to be there for Rachel Black and pass along all the great values that were given to Brady.
Marlena may not be Brady’s biological mother, but she’s been his main mother figure and is a grandma to Rachel now. Even so, Kristen might think a godmother title would be appropriate, too.
Whatever the case, Kristen and Marlena will continue to move beyond the hatred in their history as they concentrate on the here and now.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will continue to plot against Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller). Gwen recently offered to be Abigail and Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) new nanny, but she may have to sell herself as a decent candidate on Thursday.
Unfortunately, Abigail seems to be slowly letting her guard down with Gwen – and that can only lead to trouble.
As for Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), she’ll cross paths with a half-naked Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash). Jake will be fresh out of the shower when he has this awkward encounter with Kate, which could give her an idea.
Since Jake and Kate are living under the same roof, Kate might as well spy on him for Chad and see what Jake might be cooking up.
Later, Kate will spill her suggestion to Chad. Days spoilers say Kate will offer to keep tabs on Jake and report back with updates, so Chad may be fine with that. What’s Chad got to lose?
As for Abigail, she’ll have a run-in of her own with Jake. Things will wind up getting a bit heated between them, so this may involve Abby defending Gwen.
