Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that there’s some fantastic news for Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) fans – and hopefully for “Cin” fans, too. When Konefal confirmed her departure from the show, she was clear about not returning to full-time status.
However, Konefal did seem open to popping for visits. Luckily, the show’s open to that arrangement as well.
In a new interview with Soap Opera Digest, Days Executive Producer Ken Corday confirmed that Victoria Konefal will indeed come back as Ciara. Let’s look at what Corday had to say so you can see the proof for yourself. “Victoria Konefal [Ciara] has left … and will return … and will leave, so she’ll be coming and going,” Corday promised.
Of course, that’s not the permanent return many Ciara fans are hoping for, but it’s better than nothing! Ciara and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) are certainly a popular Days couple, so let’s hope their love story can continue in some fashion. It’ll be interesting to see how DOOL weaves in any future Ciara visits.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ben will find other things to do while he’s on his own. Look for Ben’s bond with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) to grow stronger through therapy sessions.
Ben considers Marlena a confidant and almost a mother figure. Marlena certainly values her role in Ben’s life as well – both professionally and as a friend.
If there’s anyone who can help Ben while he’s battling loneliness, it’s Marlena. Since Ben’s been programmed to kill Ciara, there may be a deprogramming period that’s necessary. It’s possible Ciara will depart for her own safety – and to make sure Ben’s recovery goes smoothly.
Ciara could still pop in to check on Ben in that case. As long as someone’s monitoring their visits, Ciara would be just fine.
Then again, there may be some other explanation for Ben and Ciara’s separation. Unless the show plans to keep Ciara in town while she’s off screen – like the rarely seen Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) for example – Days will need something to take Ciara out of the picture.
These aren’t ideal circumstances, but it’s nice to know Victoria Konefal WILL return. Ken Corday said so! We’ll deliver updates as other DOOL info comes in. Days of Our Lives spoilers say some surprises are still to come in Ciara and Ben’s storyline.
