Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) will resurface this summer, which will land her in legal hot water. DOOL viewers know Vivian committed some serious crimes before she went on the run. For starters, Vivian tried to kill Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) in the cemetery. Kate survived after Vivian buried alive, which left a Vivian on a mission to flee Salem.
Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) desperately wanted his mother to make her escape – so much that he dove in front of the bullet meant for her! Vivian pulled a gun on Lani Price (Sal Stowers) and caused an immediate threat. Lani fired her own weapon, which led to poor Stefan taking the bullet and seemingly dying.
Of course, everything’s changed now that someone who looks exactly like has popped up. It can’t be a coincidence that Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) felt Stefan’s presence shortly before Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) first appeared.
Plus, Jake’s ex-girlfriend, Gwen (Emily O’Brien) was last tracked to Salem. That’s not a spot you just pick on a map, so there has to be reason Gwen chose this destination.
What are the odds that Gwen’s trail would lead Jake to Salem, the very place was where his lookalike died? Something strange is going on, so Days will have to reveal more eventually.
In the meantime, Jake will have to deal with Vivian and all her drama. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Vivian will naturally be arrested for her crimes. She’s a wanted woman, so the cops will haul Vivian down to the police station the first chance they get.
Vivian doesn’t seem like the kind of gal who’d turn herself in, so it makes sense that she’ll simply get caught. Regardless, DOOL’s weekly promo shows Vivian in the interrogation room as Jake enters.
Vivian looks overcome with emotion as she exclaims, “My son!” Jake seems suspicious and perplexed by this unsettling meeting. The fact that Jake’s even visiting at all proves he just won’t be able to stay away. Part of that may be due to curiosity, but another part of it may involve Jake being drawn to Vivian.
Jake is clearly drawn to Gabi, so a connection with Vivian would add to the Stefan evidence. Days of Our Lives still has some major revelations in store, but it’s tough to believe Jake is just a random guy who looks like Stefan.
The only way this story has a real payoff is if Jake is indeed Stefan DiMera – just as Gabi and Vivian think.
