General Hospital Spoilers: Brando Looks Guilty in Troubling Motorcycle Accident Report – Sam Presents Jason Proof

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) innocence may be doubted again. GH fans know Brando installed a new stabilizer on Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) motorcycle shortly before Jason’s crash.

Brando has assured Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) that the part wasn’t faulty and neither was the repair. He stands by his work and insists he wasn’t responsible for Jason losing control.

However, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) clearly has concerns about Brando – and Jason did too when Brando first showed up. After all, it was awfully strange for the “dead” son of Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) to show up right when Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) launched an attack on the warehouse.

Brando saved Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) life, but that wasn’t enough to earn Jason’s trust.

Even so, Jason may give Brando the benefit of the doubt following his preliminary accident report. General Hospital spoilers say Jason won’t think it’s wise to jump to conclusions.

That suggests there’ll be evidence of foul play, so Brando may come under suspicion all over again. Sam might think this proves Brando’s been guilty all along, but Jason may have changed his tune.

Of course, we should mention that Brando had a secret conversation with Cyrus about something that hasn’t been disclosed to fans. General Hospital wants us to believe that Cyrus had Brando arrange Jason’s crash.

That seems a little too easy though, doesn’t it? Would Brando really be willing to murder Jason under any circumstances? It looks like there may be more to the mystery.

Brando knows Jason is like family to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Would he dare to betray Sonny like that? We get that GH characters can have layers, but think about when Brando told that touching story about Mike Corbin (Max Gail) and their days at the track.

Brando reflected on Smokey the horse having to be put down and how Mike taught him to love something all the way to the end.

That just didn’t sound like a story that a murderer would tell – and Brando seemed sincere when he promised he didn’t intentionally mess with the Jason’s bike. So what’s Brando hiding? What’s the angle here?

Brando is clearly working for Cyrus in some capacity – as evidenced by Harmony Miller’s strange stare and that “Mr. Corbin” acknowledgement as she walked by him. The look they shared seemed to say they’re stuck in this awful Cyrus boat together.

Brando is likely protecting someone he cares about – and maybe the whole Corinthos clan, too. There may be lines that Brando won’t cross like murdering Jason, but he might be willing to look the other way on certain things Cyrus does. It’s possible Cyrus got someone else to tamper with Jason’s bike or just did it himself.

In other words, Brando probably isn’t guilty of tampering with Jason’s motorcycle – especially if Jason’s spidey senses aren’t tingling on that. If Jason’s telling Sam not to jump to conclusions, then he’ll obviously want to have a little faith in Brando. That could be a sign that Jason will be right – at least about Brando not sabotaging the bike.

Brando’s still going to face his day of reckoning for keeping Cyrus secrets in general, but he may have some sympathetic reasons for doing that. Bottom line, Brando just doesn’t seem like a bad guy. The preliminary accident report may suggest otherwise, but the whole truth should be far more complicated.
