General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) recent visit to see Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) may have been significant for several reasons. For starters, it put Cyrus in yet another character’s orbit and expanded his reach in town.
If GH wants Cyrus to be a truly menacing villain, they have to make sure he’s feared by all! The more characters who get caught in Cyrus’ web, the better!
Cyrus made it clear that he expects a collaborative effort, which Finn certainly isn’t interested in. This brings the potential for danger since Cyrus may give Finn no choice.
Cyrus abducted TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) to force Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) to do his bidding, so he may go for a similar strategy by scooping up Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) to use as Finn leverage.
However, what we really want to focus on is a character who could tie all this together. GH fans know Finn was heavily connected to Cassandra Pierce’s (Jessica Tuck) story, so there could be a link between Cyrus and Cassandra.
Will Cassandra return from the dead? Could Cassandra wind up wreaking havoc on Finn’s life and add to his growing list of problems?
Finn’s stepmother, Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney), is working on a story with Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan), which will expose the depths of Cyrus’ corruption.
There’ll surely be some major bombshells to uncover as part of that story. It’d be interesting if Jackie and Lulu’s investigative work led to the discovery that Cassandra is actually alive.
After all, viewers still don’t know who Cyrus is protecting at the house on Wilson Avenue. Is that where Cassandra was nursed back to health following the explosion? Perhaps Cassandra was injured rather than killed.
General Hospital spoilers say there’ll be some big surprises as the autumn action continues, so Cyrus could easily have a shocking secret partner like Cassandra.
Bottom line, Cyrus is moving into Finn’s orbit and that brings more Cassandra potential. The show’s surely building to something by tying Cyrus to Finn now, so it could involve revealing that Cyrus is tied to Cassandra as well. We’ll offer updates as other GH news becomes available.
