General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, December 11 Recap - Jason Cries Over Sam - Dr. Kirk Dead - Kim Had Julian’s Baby

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Friday, December 11, reveal that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) continued his consultation with Dr. Warren Kirk (Jamison Jones) at the WSB complex in Geneva.

While out in the hallway, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) confronted Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), who insisted that she had been exonerated. Scott wondered why nobody in Port Charles knew this, and suddenly Franco appeared, wondering the same thing.

Obrecht insisted that the person who framed her was still out there and she was working on obtaining proof. Suddenly, Dr. Kirk came out to get Obrecht and whisked her into his office, where he dimmed the lights and insisted that they could finally be together.

Meanwhile, Scott and Franco talked in the hallway, and Franco said that the voice in his head might be from his Drew Cain (Billy Miller) period and that Dr. Kirk thought he could fix it.

Back in Dr. Kirk’s office, Obrecht balked at getting intimate with Dr. Kirk, and he turned on her, saying that he was calling Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) to let her know that Dante Falconeri (Dominick Zamprogna) was coming for Peter August (Wes Ramsey).

Suddenly, Obrecht pulled a knife on Dr. Kirk, who managed to wrestle the knife away from her. Scott barged in the door and punched Dr. Kirk, who fell on the knife and was inadvertently stabbed. Obrecht and Scott were stunned, and Dr. Kirk was dead.

At the Metro Court, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was about to spill the beans about her affair with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) when Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) interfered and whisked Alexis away to the bar.

Alexis ordered a drink, and Tracy offered her a job in Amsterdam. Alexis quickly realized that Tracy knew about her affair with Ned and rejected the offer. Tracy insisted on driving Alexis home.

At another table, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) talked, and Nikolas presented Ava with their post-nuptial agreement so that they could destroy it.

Ava happily ripped up the agreement, and she and Nikolas toasted to new beginnings and to love. Nikolas noted that there was just one more threat to their happiness.

Elsewhere, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) talked about Sam’s breakup with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Sam rehashed all the reasons why she felt that she had to break things off, and she described the breakup to Carly.

Sam said that she had talked with Danny Morgan (Porter Fasullo) about his feelings and it broke her heart.

Sam didn’t blame Jason, and Carly pointed out that Jason hasn’t changed – Sam has. Carly thought that Sam seemed at peace with her decision, and Sam said that she was. After Sam left, Carly left Jason a phone message saying that she loves him and that’s she’s here for him.

At another table, Olivia and Dante talked about Rocco Falconeri (O’Neill Monahan). Dante wanted his mom’s advice about taking Rocco back home, noting that he felt like a stranger to his own son.

Dante wondered if Rocco would be better off at the Q mansion where he’d been staying, but Olivia said that Rocco needed his father, and that they could work out a schedule to ease Rocco back home.

At the hospital, a comatose Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) was visited by Ava and Nikolas. Ava told Ryan that his hold over her was over, and that she wished she’d have killed him a long time ago.

Nikolas was about to smother Ryan with a pillow when Felix DuBois (Marc Samuel) interrupted them. Ava and Nikolas covered, saying they came to check on Ryan.

Felix noted that he wasn’t allowed to give Ava and Nikolas any information about Ryan, and after Felix left, Ava wondered if Nikolas was really going to kill Ryan. “No, we were – together,” Nikolas said.

Ava and Nikolas left, with Nikolas noting that if Ryan comes back to life, they’ll make a plan and get rid of him once and for all. Just then, Ryan’s finger moved, and he opened his eyes.

Out on the road, Tracy was driving Alexis home, and Alexis was quite intoxicated. Alexis said that she told Ned to tell Olivia about their affair. Tracy was horrified, and Alexis said that she felt bad for Olivia and that someone ought to tell her about the affair. Tracy fumed as she drove along.

A short time later, Tracy had stopped the car and put Alexis in the driver’s seat. Tracy told an unconscious Alexis that Olivia was the best thing that ever happened to Ned, and that she couldn’t trust Alexis, so she was doing what she had to do.

In New York City, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jason waited in a car for intel from Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) about Julian Jerome’s (William deVry) whereabouts.

Jason shared with Sonny that he and Sam split up and all the reasons why. Jason and Sonny noted that the explosion had been hard on Sam and that something changed in her that night.

Jason rehashed how he and Sam broke up, and he said that he wanted to fight for them, but he didn’t. Jason also confessed to Sonny that he knew he should never have been a father, even though he doesn’t regret that Danny exists.

Jason teared up as he said he couldn’t leave the business but that the breakup was going to hurt Danny.

In some apartment building, Julian knocked at a door and a woman answered. Julian said that he was looking for Kim Nero (Tamara Braun). The woman said that she knew who Julian was…he was “Charlie.” Julian entered the apartment and the woman said that Kim was working at the hospital.

Suddenly, a baby cried from the other room, and after the woman came back from tending to the baby, Julian asked who the baby belonged to, and the woman said the baby was Kim’s and that she was the nanny.

The nanny said that Kim knew she was pregnant before she left Port Charles, and Julian admitted that he and Kim weren’t on the best terms then.

Julian asked the baby’s name, and the nanny said it was Andrew. Julian sighed. The building’s fire alarm went off, and the nanny took the baby and rushed out. Jason was out in the hallway and entered the empty apartment with his gun drawn.

Meanwhile, outside, the nanny called Kim. “Dr. Nero, the man you warned me about showed up at the apartment tonight. Don’t worry, I got rid of him. He has no idea the baby is his.”

Finally, out in an alley behind the apartment complex, Julian made his escape. Sonny rushed up, gun in hand. “Don’t run off, Jules, we’ve got a lot to talk about,” Sonny said.
