General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, June 5 – Sneaky Sam’s Discovery – Dante Apologizes to Chase – Anna’s Heinrik Meeting

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, June 5, tease that the week will wrap up with another action-packed Nurses Ball classic. The ABC soap will re-air a GH episode that was first seen on May 17, 2018. Here’s what’s coming up in this fun General Hospital encore throwback episode.

At the Nurses Ball, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) talks to Peter August (Wes Ramsey) about working with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Lulu insists she’s been in contact with someone claiming to be Heinrik Faison’s mother, so she’s waiting for Anna’s approval on a meeting.

Meanwhile, Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) complains to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) being in jail. Bobbie’s adamant that Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) claims of being pushed down the stairs aren’t accurate.

Sonny’s upset about all this, but he wants to be at the Nurses Ball for Mike Corbin (Max Gail).

Over with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), she greets Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) before Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford) comes over to ask Maxie about handling something at Crimson. Nina’s supposed to take a little trip with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), so she wants everything squared away.

Nina wonders if anyone has a cigarette so she can calm herself, but Peter notes that he doesn’t smoke and never has. Afterward, Peter corners Valentin and makes an accusation. Peter feels like Valentin must’ve known about Anna setting him up. If Peter’s exposed, he snarls that Valentin will be to blame.

Sam tries to eavesdrop inconspicuously, but she’s interrupted by Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). As for Peter, he makes it clear that he doesn’t need Valentin’s help and intends to deal with his problems on his own.

Elsewhere, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is stunned when he realizes he’s been duped into performing without the other cops. Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) sorry for the deception, but he points out that Chase will be doing this for a worthy cause.

After Chase pleases the crowd with his performance, he shakes hands with Chase and earns praise from Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine). At Aurora Media, Sam sneaks in Peter’s office to see what he might be hiding. She flashes back to a conversation with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) about Peter’s problematic background check.

Sam rummages around until someone arrives, which leaves her scrambling to hide. Once Sam realizes it’s the janitor, she plays the boss card and explains away her presence as being related to work.

The janitor leaves before Sam spots a lighter with the initials “C.F.” on it. Sam finds this perplexing since Peter just said he never smoked. It doesn’t take long to realize this lighter is Cesar Faison’s.

Back at the Nurses Ball, Peter checks his email and looks at the one from his mother about meeting. On stage, Nina helps Curtis with his magic act. Curtis eventually encourages Jordan to become part of the show and turns a silver dollar into an engagement ring.

Jordan accepts Curtis’ marriage proposal, which pleases Mike but not Stella Henry (Vernee Watson).

Maxie’s worried since her unborn baby’s been more active than usual, but Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) promises that’s normal under the circumstances. There’s a lot of noise going on at the event. Back with Anna, she receives an email from Heinrik about meeting on Pier 55 at midnight. Anna’s warned to come alone.

Maxie breaks down in tears since Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) can’t be at the Nurses Ball with her. Over with Valentin again, he finds Nina and suggests they go home to Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). Valentin’s eager to take off on their trip.

Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) gives a speech about Alexis, who’s about to accept the Pioneer Award on stage. While Alexis is waiting to be introduced, she listens in on Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) discussion with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

Finn’s put some wrong clues together and assumes Anna’s dying, so he wants her to know she’s always remained in his mind and heart. Alexis doesn’t take the stage as planned when Molly calls her name, which leaves Molly looking puzzled.
