General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will head to The Floating Rib to catch up with Laura Webber (Genie Francis). Lulu will assume this is just going to be another ordinary night with her mom, but this night will become a total horror show instead.
Thanks to the explosion Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has in mind, Lulu is set to face a tragic outcome.
It looks like Lulu will die as a result of her injuries in this blast. That could mean Lulu will be presumed dead or an actual body could be involved. Either way, the loss of Lulu will be felt by plenty of people on canvas. Lulu’s family and friends are about to face major devastation.
We want to focus on one friend in particular right now – namely Lulu’s bestie, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Poor Maxie has already faced some tough losses in her lifetime.
Maxie lost her strangled sister, Georgie Jones (Lindze Letherman), and then she faced the nearly unbearable death of Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). Lulu’s demise will inevitably send Maxie into another tailspin of grief.
General Hospital spoilers point to a blue Christmas for Maxie this year. It looks like Maxie will hope to honor Lulu’s memory in some way, so Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will offer support.
Of course, watching Maxie mourn this loss could remind Peter of how much pain a death can cause.
GH fans can’t forget that Peter’s to blame for Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) demise, so that may haunt Peter forever. This awful Lulu situation will also bring sorrow ahead of Peter’s exposure.
Maxie will have to climb out of this dark grief pit, but she should sink right back in it once she finds out what a monster Peter is. That revelation should tear Maxie apart even more down the road.
However, it’ll all start with that horrifying moment when Maxie learns her best friend is gone forever. If everything plays out as expected, it seems Lulu will face a grim fate and her loved ones will face crushing updates.
