General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that an exciting comeback is on the way. According to Soap Opera Digest, Nathan Parsons is returning to GH as Ethan Lovett. General Hospital fans will recall that Ethan is the son of Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms). Parsons portrayed Ethan from 2009-2012, but he also popped up for visits in 2013 and 2015.
Now that Ethan’s mom is presumed dead, he’ll visit once again and could become a crucial part of the story. General Hospital spoilers say Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will continue to feel a bit lost.
He hasn’t found any sense of closure when it comes to Holly’s death – and that’s obviously because Robert thinks Holly is still alive!
Nevertheless, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will encourage Robert to attend Holly’s memorial service. That’s where Robert will learn some things that don’t quite up.
Once Robert shows up at this memorial, his doubts about Holly’s death will come rushing back. Robert will walk away with even more questions about Holly and her untimely demise.
There are no details on Ethan’s upcoming stint just yet, but it certainly makes sense for him to be on hand for Holly’s memorial. Perhaps Ethan will have a clue or two that could help Robert. Although Ethan may be grieving the loss of Holly, he might agree this all seems pretty fishy.
Robert probably won’t want to give Ethan false hope, but Ethan could give Robert one more reason to seek the truth. If Robert can reunite Ethan and Holly, that’s definitely something he’ll want to do.
Regardless of the role Ethan plays in the drama, he’ll indeed be back on the scene – and that’s great news for fans of Nathan Parsons!
