General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Julian Jerome (William deVry) has himself in a major predicament. Julian has just married Nelle Benson Archer Jerome (Chloe Lanier), which is a pretty big situation in and of itself. As GH viewers know, Nelle blackmailed Julian into marrying her after she found out that Julian was complicit in keeping Wiley Quartermaine Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) from Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
Nelle knows, as does Julian, that if Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) finds out about Julian working with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) to keep Wiley’s true identity a secret, then Sonny’s going to be furious.
Sonny and Julian have quite the history, and Sonny will surely want some major retribution against Julian when he finds out the truth about Julian’s actions.
But would Sonny go so far as to kill Julian for what he’s done? We think there’s a good change that he would. After all, Sonny has warned Julian on several occasions about not messing with his family, and Julian has repeatedly lied to Sonny’s face about his innocence.
Julian got totally drawn into Brad’s baby drama and kept the whole baby switch quiet out of concern for his son Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes).
Julian just wanted Lucas to have the family of his dreams, and so he agreed to go along with Brad and keep Wiley’s true identity a secret. Well, that could all come back to bite if Julian plays his cards wrong here.
Now Julian has to help Nelle, who has found out that Julian was acting in cahoots with Brad, and that Julian tried to kill Brad but ended up nearly killing Lucas.
Julian has a lot to lose if Nelle sings to Sonny, and there’s a good chance that she will. If Julian doesn’t do everything Nelle says, she’ll surely tell Sonny what Julian did.
And if Nelle loses her custody case against Michael, then she might just sing to Sonny as well. Nelle tends to lash out when she doesn’t get what she wants, so Julian could be looking at a terrible situation here.
But would Sonny go so far as to have Julian killed?
We suspect that he might indeed lash out against Julian. Even though Sonny is very distracted right now with Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) demise and with the ongoing threat posed by Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), there’s one thing that’s most important to Sonny, and that’s family. Sonny won’t be at all happy to know that Julian kept Michael’s son from him, so he might just get fed up and give the order for Julian to be eliminated.
We’ll see what happens here, but Julian certainly seems to be in a precarious position, given that Nelle is in direct control of his future. Once Nelle has no more use for Julian, she’ll probably tell Sonny about Julian’s involvement with Brad, and then it could be lights out for Julian!
