General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will have to adjust to married life with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). That may not be an easy task since Willow’s still in love with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), but there’s a good chance Willow will open her heart to Michael in time.
However, this is a good opportunity to ponder some future romantic possibilities while we await new episodes. There’s been a lot of talk about who Chase might be paired up with besides Willow.
Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) are obvious contenders, but even someone like Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) or Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) would be interesting.
Chase is a flexible love interest who could go with several lovely ladies around town. What about Willow? There’s certainly been a social media debate about whether Willow belongs with Chase or Michael, but maybe we shouldn’t limit ourselves to just two options!
If Willow’s marriage to Michael doesn’t work out and she divorces him down the road, do you want her back with Chase? Would you be open to another romantic possibility for Willow? Let’s consider one handsome and single guy in Port Charles. Willow and Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) might actually make a pretty hot couple.
Of course, this isn’t something that’ll happen anytime soon, but it’s possible at some point. Brando hooked up with Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) offscreen, but there’s no guarantee that’ll really go anywhere. Molly could just as easily wind up working things out with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow).
General Hospital found a great actor in Wactor, but they don’t seem to know what to do with him just yet. That’s seemingly already led to chem testing with several women around town.
It could take a while for GH to find a pairing that works. Even if they give Brando a new pairing to be part of, he might be single again once Willow’s marriage eventually ends.
Perhaps GH could even do a love triangle with Brando, Willow and Chase. That might be an interesting way to go if this marriage doesn’t turn into a happily ever after – and most soap marriages don’t!
In other words, Michael and Willow may find married bliss, but that doesn’t mean it’ll last. It’s worth considering what Willow’s romantic future might look like without Michael in the picture.
