General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, October 29, tease that the Halloween fun will kick off in Port Charles. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will be sporting a white witch’s costume, but there’s also a shot of a black witch’s costume in GH’s weekly promo. It looks like wicked witch Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) is set to stir up some trouble!
Anna will plan to take Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) trick-or-treating with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), but that plan won’t pan out. Finn will be summoned to GH – perhaps to deal with Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) mysterious medical crisis.
Franco seemed perfectly fine until he blurted out “doorknob” instead of assuring Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) he knew how good he had it with Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst). Epiphany’s confusion was replaced by concern as Franco collapsed right in front of her.
On Thursday’s episode, Elizabeth should be a mess as she worries about Franco’s condition. This might involve memory-mapping complications or something else, but we’ll see what Franco’s doctors can figure out.
We mentioned Finn being called to GH, but Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will also be on duty to care for Franco and help solve this medical mystery.
As for Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), she’ll pay hospitalized Franco a visit and apologize for her previous manipulation. Ava will really hope that Franco can forgive her; she’d really hate to lose Franco as a friend. It sounds like Franco and Ava will patch things up, so it’s nice that their friendship will remain intact.
Back with Anna, she’ll receive a visit of her own – one from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Valentin will give Anna a heads-up on Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) problem. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) may be buying Spinelli’s newfound support, but Valentin certainly won’t.
Once Valentin offers a warning and leaves, Anna will be vulnerable to her twisted twin. General Hospital spoilers say a deadly threat will lurk, so that presumably involves Alex’s next ambush plan.
Over with Peter, he’ll help Maxie celebrate her birthday. Just before Peter and Maxie can share a kiss, Spinelli will interrupt and wonder if he can join them.
Although Spinelli will try to keep his true feelings regarding Maxie’s relationship under control, it may be obvious to Peter that Spin is still a threat. General Hospital spoilers say Spinelli will seek Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) guidance on Thursday, so we’ll see what words of wisdom Sonny has to offer.
At Charlie’s Pub, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will show up with a proposition for Julian Jerome (William deVry). “Lucky for you, I’m willing to save your sorry ass,” Nikolas insists in Thursday’s preview video. Ava alluded to certain people getting hurt if she stayed in this marriage, so Nikolas may assume Julian is “people.”
It looks like Nikolas will want to get Julian out of his latest jams, but we’ll see if Julian’s willing to let him. Regardless, a faked death is always a possibility – that is, of course, if GH doesn’t go for the real thing! We know William deVry will exit the show in the coming weeks, so Julian may be in grave danger.
Next, Julian will notice a masked man creeping around Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) and her friends.
Trina has recruited Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Dev Cerci aka “Dev Corbin” and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) to help her clear her dad’s name, so they’ll gather to talk about their plan before a Halloween bash.
This meeting will happen at Charlie’s Pub – and that’s where Julian will first spot this suspicious character, too. General Hospital spoilers say Julian will confront the man, so it looks like the mask will come off to reveal a shocker.
There’s a good chance Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) will be the one underneath the disguise according to GH spoilers, so Julian should be stunned to see Taggert back from the “dead.”
Other General Hospital spoilers say Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will sit down for a chat with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) – presumably after he offers another drug boost to calm her down. Sasha was having a meltdown when Cyrus appeared and suggested he could help, so he’ll have a lengthier explanation on Thursday.
Cyrus will feel like his friendship with Sasha could be mutually beneficial, but she could be sealing her own deadly fate if she’s not careful! Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will remain worried about Sasha as she reveals to Sonny that she thinks Sasha is on drugs.
