General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, August 11, tease that Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) will have one last strategy session with Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight).
The judge has already made his decision, but he hasn’t handed down the ruling yet. As a result, Nelle will apparently still think there’s time to swing things in her favor.
After Martin shuts down Nelle’s suggestion, she’ll wonder if he’s got any better ideas. “OK, genius,” Nelle declares in Tuesday’s GH preview video. “If that won’t work, what will?” Martin may not think there’s much left to do. Trying to bribe or blackmail the judge would probably be Nelle’s only options.
However, Nelle’s got a backup strategy she can use if she loses this custody battle and wants to make a quick getaway with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson).
Since Nelle scored fake passports and planted a tracker so she could monitor Wiley’s whereabouts, a snatching attempt may be coming up. Regardless, the judge will deliver a sole custody ruling soon, so stay tuned!
At GH, Sam McCall (Lindsay Hartley) may battle second thoughts about the deal she just made with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). They have a verbal agreement, but Sam will hesitate when Valentin presents something for her to sign.
Sam doesn’t want to give Valentin the upper hand, but she’ll probably put pen to paper in the end. The idea of getting a more sympathetic parole officer – one who’ll let Sam see Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) anytime she wants – is just too appealing.
Since Jason’s stuck in the hospital right now, Sam certainly doesn’t want to be kept at a distance.
Next, let’s discuss an explosive emergency meeting. Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will round everyone up for an ELQ vote in hopes of exposing the threat to the company. When Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) gets updates, he’ll rage at Ned and demand to know “what the hell” is going on.
Once Valentin locks in his deal with Sam, he should be ready to come forward as the one behind the hostile takeover. That news won’t go over well with the Quartermaine clan, so don’t miss the hot drama ahead.
In the meantime, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will grill Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry). When TJ spots Jordan, he’ll wonder if she got fired over her big endorsement of Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
If Jordan does end up losing her job over Cyrus, she certainly won’t tell TJ the real reason why. General Hospital spoilers say Jordan will keep lying to protect TJ from any more harm Cyrus might do.
As for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), he’ll have a tense conversation with Cyrus at the Metro Court bar. Curtis will make it clear that justice is coming for Cyrus – and they’re playing by Curtis’ rules now!
