General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, October 27 Recap - Jackie & Finn’s Affair Explained - Kevin Helps Anna - Nina Tends To Sasha

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, October 27, reveal that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) met with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) at the Metro Court.

Curtis told Nina that he had the search for her private nurse Phyllis Caufield narrowed down to six women, but that it would be a pricey undertaking to track them all down. Nina said that money was no object.

Elsewhere in the restaurant, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) gazed at a packet of drugs then stashed them in her purse. Sasha marched up to the bar wanting a drink, but she looked a mess and was acting erratic.

The bartender suggested that Sasha slow down, and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) tried to escort Sasha away, but Sasha protested.

Suddenly, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) materialized and told Valentin to stop manhandling Sasha. Valentin took off, telling Chase that Sasha could use a friend.

Chase tried to talk with Sasha, but she said that she was just trying to have some fun, and she lashed out at Chase, who ended up leaving but promising to call her tomorrow.

Valentin walked over to Curtis and Nina’s table, offering to pay for the search for Nina’s child. Nina took a moment aside with Valentin to tell him that she doesn’t want his help and that she’s moved on with Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher).

Valentin claimed that with Jax, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) always comes first.

Over at the bar, Sasha was back to causing a scene, and she ended up dropping a glass and spilling the contents of her purse on the floor. Curtis happened to be standing by, and he helped Sasha pick up her things, noticing the drugs in the process.

Nina and Valentin walked up, and Curtis pulled Nina aside and said that Sasha was clearly high.

Nina went and got Sasha and left with her, saying that she shouldn’t be alone when she comes down. Valentin then approached Curtis, wondering what was going on with Sasha, but Curtis wouldn’t tell Valentin about Sasha being high.

Upstairs, in Jackie Templeton’s (Kim Delaney) room, she and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) cleared the air. Jackie and Finn talked at length about what really happened between them and why Finn was estranged from his father, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison).

As it turns out, Jackie was shadowing Finn as a first-year resident and they became attracted to each other.

Jackie then met Gregory through Finn and began a relationship with him, but the night before Jackie and Gregory’s wedding, Finn and Jackie slept together. Finn told Jackie that he thought that perhaps Jackie would have at least postponed the wedding in order to sort things out.

Jackie said that she waited for Finn to stop the wedding, and when he didn’t show up that day, she went ahead and started a life with Gregory.

Jackie revealed that she never told Gregory about the affair with Finn, and she thought that Chase would someday figure out that there must be more to the story than Finn simply being upset that Gregory moved on so quickly after Finn’s mom died.

Suddenly, Chase knocked on Jackie’s door, and he was happy to see Finn there, thinking that Finn was there for the family dinner that he planned. Finn said that he and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) would like to join Jackie and Chase for dinner.

At the hospital, Anna told Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) about how her memories of giving birth to Peter August (Wes Ramsey) might actually be Alex Devane Marick’s (Finola Hughes) memories.

Anna went through all the details about how Peter has the marker for rheumatoid arthritis, and that she wants to know if César Faison (Anders Hove) had the marker, too.

Kevin said that he couldn’t release a sample to Anna, but that he would himself run the test to see if Faison had the marker. Anna was thankful, and she realized that at this time tomorrow, she would know whether she or Alex was Peter’s mother.

At the Floating Rib, Peter and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) talked happily while across the room Dante Falconeri (Dominick Zamprogna) and Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) awkwardly caught up.

Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) walked in and greeted Dante and Lulu, and the men had a tense moment before Maxie and Peter walked up and joined them.

Dante stepped off for a word with Peter, while Dustin happily told Maxie that he and Lulu were moving in together. This was the first Maxie was hearing about it, and that struck Dustin as odd.

When Maxie stepped away, Dustin asked if Lulu still wanted him to move in. Lulu said that things were different now that Dante was back, but that she loved him very much. Dustin and Lulu hugged.

Over at the bar, Dante apologized to Peter for not being overly accepting of his engagement to Lulu at the start. Peter accepted, and he wondered what Dante was going to do for a job.

Dante mentioned maybe getting into security work. Later, after Dante took off, Peter asked Lulu about what she thought of hiring Dante to do security at the invader. Dustin looked unnerved.

At Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) old penthouse, Carly showed up to see Nina, who had recently purchased the penthouse. Jax answered the door, and Carly and Jax talked.

Carly had come bearing wine to make up for knocking Nelle Benson Jerome’s (Chloe Lanier) headstone over. Jax didn’t think the wine would help, and Carly explained that she has been having a hard time lately.

Carly said that it was like there was something she was supposed to remember about Nelle’s fall, but she didn’t know what it was. Jax suggested that she let it go, and it would eventually come to her.

Jax said that he was with Carly and they’d get through this together. Carly and Jax were hugging tenderly when Nina and Sasha walked through the door. Nina wasn’t happy to see Carly hugging Jax.
