General Hospital Spoilers Update: Friday, September 18 – Cyrus Infuriates Sam – Alexis' Osteoporosis – Nina Missing Child Link

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, September 18, teases that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will undergo an exam at GH. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will take a look at Alexis’ wrist and get updates on the pain she’s been dealing with. When Alexis asks about her condition, she’ll be surprised when Portia reveals she has osteoporosis.

Alexis will be given guidance on managing her symptoms as she faces this difficult diagnosis. Over with Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) and Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor), they’ll argue about the hookup they’re trying to keep hidden.

Brando will point out that they could always come clean. In fact, Brando will suggest that might be preferable, but Molly will push Brando to keep his mouth shut.

Although Molly feels guilty about sleeping with Brando, she doesn’t want to hurt TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) with the truth. Molly won’t be pleased about Brando becoming TJ’s buddy, but it’s probably too late to bail on the friendship now.

TJ thinks Brando’s a great guy and wants to get to know him better, so Brando would spark questions if he acted standoffish.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will continue to be there for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), who’s desperate for more clues.

Nina knows someone named Phyllis Caulfield requested the separated pendant – or at least that’s the name that was on the receipt. Since Nina appears to know who Phyllis is now, she may have to do some investigating to find her.

On Friday, Nina will tell Jax about a connection she’s convinced of. Jax may worry about Nina getting her hopes up, but Nina will feel confident she’s on the right track.

This will remain a long and winding road, but Nina should learn the identity of her biological child sooner or later. Of course, GH fans know that child is Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier), so answers could bring some tough blows for Nina.

At Turning Woods, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will feel a sense of relief now that Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) no longer suffering. Still, it’ll be tough for Sonny to wrap his head around a world without his father in it.

Sonny will talk to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) about Mike keeping his word until the end. Mike wasn’t always a good father, but he certainly became one toward the end of his life.

While Carly consoles Sonny, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will do the same for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). There’ll be some suggestion Joss makes, which Jason will think it just what Mike would want.

It sounds like Joss will come up with a plan to honor Mike’s memory and bring the family together during this emotional time.

At the cabin, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will freak when Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) vanishes! Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will have to settle Ava down when she realizes Avery’s gone.

Perhaps Nik will insist that Avery couldn’t have wandered too far. Ava and Nikolas may search the grounds and nearby property, so it’ll be interesting to see if Nelle’s necklace is spotted.

At the casino in Monte Carlo, Ethan Lovett (Nathan Parsons) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will be stuck in the danger zone. Winston Rudge (David S. Lee) and his henchman just confronted Robert and Ethan as they were about to escape, so now they’re in another tight spot.

Robert will realize Rudge knows more than he’s been letting on when it comes to Holly Sutton (Emma Samms), who’s indeed alive. Rudge should admit it, but he’ll probably warn Robert and Ethan won’t stay alive for long!

Luckily, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will gain the upper hand and pull a massive weapon on the baddies.

Olivia will get some assistance from Ethan and Robert once she’s got an advantage, so they should all be able to make a break for it soon. As for Holly, let’s hope Robert and the gang will at least get a step closer to tracking her down.

Back in Port Charles, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is set to push Sam McCall’s (Jeff Kober) buttons. Cyrus will do some gloating and leave Sam fuming, so stay tuned for some tense scenes.

Speaking of tense scenes, there’ll be some between Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) as well. Curtis will blow up at Stella and regret it soon after.

We’ll fill you in as other GH news emerges. General Hospital spoilers say Curtis will have an apology to deliver next week, so don’t miss what’s in store. Be sure to check out CDL frequently for the hottest General Hospital spoilers, news and updates!
