General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that many “JaSam” fans are eager to see this couple conquer their latest obstacle. It feels like Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) can never seem to clear all the hurdles! Just when they put out one fire, another one erupts. Sam and Jason are starting to feel doomed to remain in romantic limbo, but supporters of the pairing aren’t giving up.
In a recent episode, Diane Miller (Carolyn Henessy) was beyond frustrated with Jason and Sam. They another one of their enjoyable yet incredibly risky staged encounters. Diane warned them about what a bad idea it is to have these secret meetings.
Sam’s parole officer is well within her rights to prevent any contact between Sam and Jason, who’s a convicted felon.
Of course, many GH fans have noticed the rules seem far more relaxed for Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier)! After all, it was repeatedly mentioned that both Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Nelle are convicted felons.
Nelle was living at the Quartermaine mansion with Michael not too long ago, so what gives?! Sam shouldn’t be held to a different standard, especially since Nelle’s the psycho here.
However, let’s get back to that scene where Diane unloaded her anger on Jason and Sam. She made a comment that some General Hospital fans are choosing to view as hopeful. Diane called Jason a man to whom Sam is not legally married. She added that “any privilege you may’ve garnered from being married does not apply.”
Since the whole point of this confrontation was basically to say none of it mattered, why bother bringing up marriage at all? Could it be a hint that wedding bells are coming down the line? “JaSam” fans certainly hope so! It could be the light at the end of this long, dark tunnel.
A wedding for Jason and Sam would be welcomed by plenty of GH viewers – perhaps by the time summer rolls around.
