General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, February 12, tease that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will question Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) loyalty. She’ll narrow her eyes a bit and ask whose side Finn is on. Finn will be taken aback by that statement. He’ll make it clear that he’s firmly in Anna’s corner, but she may not see it that way since Finn can’t trust Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
Of course, that’s precisely why Finn sold Peter out to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) – though Anna doesn’t know that yet. Finn believes to truly be on Anna’s side, he has to protect her as well as Violet Barnes (Jophielle Love). There’s nothing more important than that.
Unfortunately, Jason and Sam just faced a huge setback. Peter was quite pleased with his minion’s work and praised him or her over the phone. Meanwhile, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) returned to Jason and Sam with some terrible news. He announced that the deal’s off, so Sam will be kicking herself on Wednesday.
Jason won’t think Sam’s to blame, but she’ll insist she was the one who brought Finn into this. For whatever reason, it seems Finn’s involvement will be a problem – and that may be why Anna suddenly doubts his loyalty as well. It may not take long for word to spread about Finn’s betrayal.
While Finn and “JaSam” deal with all the drama, Peter will sit down for a chat with someone. He’ll ask what’s going on, but he’ll use that fake nice guy tone when he does it. Peter is usually more interested in protecting himself than helping anyone else!
Nevertheless, it looks like Peter will continue to pull the wool over Emma Scorpio Drake’s (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) eyes. Emma likes and trusts Uncle Peter, so she should be the one who confides her troubles.
Emma might open up about the conflict between Anna and Robert, which may have bothered her more than she let on. Whatever the case, Peter and Emma will indeed strengthen their bond on Wednesday.
At GH, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will let Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) know he means business. He’ll sternly insist that he needs a majority holding to take control of this company.
Naturally “this company” is ELQ. Valentin’s already been making some dirty maneuvers with Martin’s help, but he’ll expect his attorney to up the ante and move this process along.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will confront Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademache) in his office. She’ll admit she knows Jax and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) kissed, so she may wonder what’s up with all the mixed signals.
Maxie always enjoys butting in other people’s love lives, so Wednesday will bring some of her typical meddling.
As for Nina, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will fear she’s going to drift toward Valentin again. She’ll point out that Valentin wants Nina back, but Nina will contend that she’s moving on.
Although Nina won’t think Valentin’s going to be a problem, Ava will argue that the only one who worries her is Nina! She just won’t trust that Nina has the willpower to fight her feelings, but Nina will remain confident.
