General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, February 26, teases that Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) will approach enemy territory. He’ll meet with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) so they can discuss their mutual problem. That problem is Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), a new mob player who’s trying to burn Port Charles to the ground.
Taggert will know an alliance with Sonny and Jason isn’t ideal. He’s about the last person Sonny would want to work with – other than Cyrus of course! Nevertheless, it looks like Taggert will hope to team up and wipe out this threat. Cyrus is a pretty powerful dude, so they really need to band together and give this takedown mission everything they’ve got.
Over with Laura Collins (Genie Francis), she’ll turn to Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) for info. Laura will be riled up over all the escalating mob drama in town. She’ll want to stop it before it gets any worse, so it’s important to have all the facts.
Laura will want to know who’d be dumb enough to go up against Sonny. She’ll think this person clearly has a death wish. Jordan and Curtis will glance at each other nervously, so it seems they’ll wonder just how much to spill. Although Jordan will likely keep a few crucial details to herself, she’ll probably explain most of what Laura needs to know about Cyrus.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) won’t be very sympathetic to Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). He recently turned to Liz for guidance regarding Spencer Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), but she won’t be keen on helping with marriage issues. Nik is on his own with those!
Liz will warn that Nikolas will have to live with the choices he’s made. That includes sending poor Violet Barnes’ (Jophielle Love) mom into hiding. Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) is still missing thanks to Nik’s scheme, so that was certainly a huge mistake. Liz may think Nikolas’ marriage to Ava Jerome (Maura West) was one as well, but she’d rather let him figure that mess out himself.
As for Ava, she’ll get some unsolicited advice from Carly Corinthos – or at least an assessment of the situation. Carly won’t think Ava’s going to be Nik’s wife for long. However, that may not be a bad thing if Ava can activate the infidelity clause. She has a plan to make it happen, but GH viewers can tell Nikolas has the same idea!
Next, General Hospital spoilers say Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will give Dev Cerci aka Dev Corbin (Ashton Arbab) some reassurance. She’ll tell Dev she cares about him – and she’ll convey it rather forcefully. Joss will probably bicker with Dev about enrolling in boarding school.
Josslyn may want Dev to stay in Port Charles since she’d miss having him around. Dev may think they should stick to the plan for now. We’ll see if anything changes after the winter formal disaster that seems to be coming up.
Finally, Wednesday’s episode will bring more tension for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Julian Jerome (William deVry). Brook Lynn suspects Julian helped cover up the baby switch and tampered with Brad Cooper’s (Parry Shen) vehicle. She’s willing to stay silent, but she needs a favor from Julian in return.
General Hospital spoilers, updates and news say Brook Lynn will drive a hard bargain. Her plan will undoubtedly involve wiggling out of this horrible contract she’s locked into.
That could mean Julian will have to fork over some serious cash or even throw some deadly threats around if need be. Whatever the case, Brook Lynn will wonder if Julian’s in or out. His freedom and future could be riding on this decision!
