General Hospital Spoilers: Week of April 20 – Mike Tragedy, Sonny Bails on Cyrus – Michael & Willow Marriage - Brando Goes For Molly

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of April 20-24 tease that the drama’s about to heat up in Port Charles. For starters, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will be in Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) corner. Their marriage may be a sham, but Nik will prove he can still step up and stand with his wife.

Of course, Nikolas may have extra motivation since Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) will be at the center of the crisis. Due to the whole snake situation, Ava will mistakenly become a target and lash out.

Although Ava insisted the war between Valentin and Nik was over, could something as simple as Charlotte’s party trick reignite it? Time will tell, but Charlotte will definitely face backlash.

General Hospital spoilers say Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will reel over her daughter’s latest move. Lulu will feel like this is a page straight out of Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) playbook. She’ll think Charlotte’s picking up all her papa’s terrible habits and tricks, so she may blast Valentin for that.

Valentin will naturally take a gentler approach with Charlotte, but he’ll still battle concerns. General Hospital spoilers say Valentin will start to fear that Lulu’s right. Since he’s such a bad influence on Charlotte, Valentin will think maybe it’s time to drop his custody push and let Lulu take the lead.

Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll have to bail on a meeting with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). GH fans can expect a serious crisis for Mike Corbin (Max Gail), who’ll have a seizure at Turning Woods. Sonny will get updates and arrive to find Mike in worse shape than ever. The end will truly be near – and the few words Mike’s able to mutter will confirm that to Sonny.

As for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), he’ll reach a difficult decision that breaks his heart. Jason’s already decided to keep his distance from Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and the kids. That’s heartbreaking enough, but it seems Jason will up the ante and add to his own pain in the week ahead.

Next, Sam will deliver an apology to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). She’ll hope her mom can forgive her for the awful things she said recently, but Alexis won’t want Sam to worry. In fact, Alexis might suggest that a lot of what Sam said was spot-on. That’s why it hurt so much.

Alexis is far from the risktaker she used to be, so she may consider some life changes or at least appreciate Sam’s honesty. Regardless, Sam will express her guilt and get reassurance.

Over with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), she’ll want to put her son first. Liz may still be worried about Cameron Webber (William Lipton), who’s been dealing with some trauma. Cameron had a nice session with Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan), so Liz should encourage Cam to get more therapy and hopefully work through all this issues.

Next, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will battle devastation as Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattson) put their plan in motion. This is all building up to Willow and Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) inevitable nuptials.

Sasha and Chase will offer up the final nudge needed for this “Millow” marriage. It’ll prove crushing for all parties involved, but Michael and Willow will soon take this Wedding step for Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos’ (Erik and Theo Olson) sake. General Hospital spoilers Willow and Michael will be determined to keep Wiley out of Nelle Benson Archer’s (Chloe Lanier) grasp.

Speaking of Nelle, she’ll strengthen her connection with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) in the week ahead. Nina will take the time to listen, which Nelle will be grateful for. They’ll manage to bond as Nina learns more about Nelle’s background and point of view.

Other GH spoilers say Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) will wonder if she should resign. This dirty police commissioner will consider leaving the job behind, so we’ll see what her final decision is.

Back with Sam, she’ll face off with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) – presumably over Brando’s interest in Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos).

Alexis will also have a rotten day, which will get worse by the second! Bad news will be followed by some truly terrible news, so Alexis will just keep sinking into this disaster pit. Finally, Lulu will receive a phone call that startles her. Will that involve Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) or something else?
