Tristan sends Khloe a gift. She is happy but nervous too. She doesn’t want to blur the lines. He never bought her gifts when they were together. Scott and Khloe plot to do something funny in regards to Kris.
Kylie and her friend head to pick up her eyeglasses. Ever since she had a baby her vision began to get worse. Meanwhile, Kris comes to visit Khloe. They talk about how the NBA season is starting and how Khloe is a bit overwhelmed on how to do this all now that they are not together. Does she send True alone? She is not sure how to co-parent through this.
Kylie’s friend is getting LASIK and tells her she should get it. Kylie is scared. She doesn’t want to go through any type of surgery.
Tristan is at Khloe’s visiting. Malika and Khadijah are there too. Tristan gives Khloe a flower from him and True. He pins in on her sweatshirt. She looks uncomfortable. Malika tells Khloe she is pregnant. They all go crazy. She is 4 months along.
Khloe comes into the living room to see Scott in a wig with a tracksuit on. She looks like Kris. She also managed to get Kris’ car. She calls Kim and they have a good laugh. She is headed to the park to pose as Kris.
Scott and Khloe dressed as Kris goes to fast food places and orders a ton of food. She picks a seat outside so people will see her. She lights a secret while eating a burger. They get video and photos.
Kris is trying to talk Kylie into not being scared for her eye surgery.
Kylie‘s friend goes first and gets LASIK as Kylie waits for her turn. If it doesn’t go well Kylie is out of there. It’s her turn now and Khris is with her, cheering her on. It goes very quickly and she makes it through the surgery fine. She’s really happy she did it.
Khloe and Kim are talking. She’s happy that Tristan came to LA because he missed True but she feels a little smothered and she could’ve been on a date. That would’ve been awkward. She’s also uncomfortable about sending True to visit him when he will be working a lot.
Kris brings Kylie home after the surgery. She’s a bit out of it. Kris puts her in the bed and gives her a bell to ring if she needs anything. She continuously rings the bell asking for water and tacos. Kris feeds her the tacos after she makes them.
After Kris feeds her, Kylie asks her to take a nap with her. Kris has a lot to get done so she stuffs the side of the bed so it feels like she is there and leaves.
Khloe tells Kim and Tracy all about what she and Scott have been up to. She shows them the photos. They all get a laugh and come up with a plan.
Khloe brings True to Cleveland to Tristan’s. He is gone but has left balloons for them. Khloe feels weird but happy to bring True there and to be able to make sure everything is organized and safe.
Kris throws Kylie a party after her surgery. Kris gets a call. It is Tracy telling her all about some bad pictures that are out there. Kris is getting worked up.
Khloe and Scott are hanging out when Tristan calls to check-in. Khloe is having withdrawals from True who is just fine.
