Chris H. gathers the men and welcomes them, he recognizes that they have been through a lot, they quarantined before they got here, quarantined when they got there – it has been a long road so far. Chris asked Dale if it was worth it since he got the first impression rose, he says yes. Chris mentions that Clare said her husband was amongst the men, then he drops the first date card on the table. Riley, Jordan, Yosef, Ivan, Ben, Bennett, Zac C., Sach J., and Dale – “I am looking for a guy that speaks to my heart,” Clare.

The men all walk up to Clare for their date and one by one hug her, Dale picks her up and swings her around. The only reason Clare included Dale was that she couldn’t wait to see him again. They go into a building and Chris H. is there, he tells them they are going to step through love languages; it is how you express love. They are going to speak to Clare’s heart, words of affirmation, one of the love languages. She is going to learn how they give love and receive it.

Back to the other men, they are enjoying a swim outside and getting to know each other better. Al of a sudden, the men on the date come running through the yard to their rooms. They all return to Clare with gifts. The guys share really personal stuff with her. It’s not about the price tag on these things, it is about them putting sincere effort into the gift. The next love language is physical touch.

Clare puts on a blindfold and hugs and touches each of the men without knowing who they are. Clare says it is crazy how they just met each of them but she swears she knows who each of them are. With Dale, it gets a little steamy and the other men look very uncomfortable, it is touching on a deeper level and Chris H. interrupts the moment. In the end, Clare tells Chris H. that it was much needed after quarantine. In fact, she would like to do more of the touching.

The men are told to go get ready for the after-party where they will get to spend more quality time with her.

Claire arrives in a blue short evening dress, going into the evening, she wants to get to know about Dale because everything seems natural with him. She tells the men she is impressed and they brought it with the love languages; she loved that they opened up to her. There is an awkward moment, Claire asks if they want to get the night started, nobody says anything and she says don’t everyone jump up at once. Bennett steps up to the plate and Claire asks him as they walk away, do you think the men don’t want to spend time with me?

They go inside and sit together, Bennett tells her more about his life. But there is something on her mind, she asks him why the guys didn’t get up, it really is bothering her. She gets up, goes outside, and confronts the group of men. She tells them she couldn’t concentrate talking to him because she was taken back with the awkward silence, and she was embarrassed. She asks them if any of them want to spend time with her, or should she just go back to her room and go to bed. Dale says he feels like crap making her feel like that, he is on cloud nine with her. Dale takes her away and says they can argue about it later.

Riley is upset because Yosef tried to interrupt when he was going to speak to Clare and apologize. Meanwhile, Dale is thrilled to have the alone time with Claire and even sneaks some kisses in. She tells him that he scares her because of how she already feels about him. She says she totally has feelings for him, he says he feels the same way, and wouldn’t say it if he didn’t mean it. Clare is someone Dale could fall in love with.

There is a knock at the door for the other men, it is a date card for Jason, “love will set us free,” Clare. Jason says his heart is pumping out of his chest. Riley has his turn with Clare, he apologizes and says he didn’t jump out of his seat as he should have. He stands up with Clare and they dance, just like they would have in high school. She kisses him and appreciated his kindness and sincerity.

Clare goes back to speak to the group date and tells them that there is a rose and it truly was a hard decision, but at the end of the day, she gives it to Riley. Riley feels great right now, it means he is doing something right and he knows he needs to take advantage of the time he can spend with her. Dale thought he was going to get the rose. Yosef thinks that Clare’s outburst was immature and he has to address it with her, he will.

Clare sends Jason a card before their date, “I’m so excited about our date tonight. But I am also very nervous. If this journey is going to work, I need to be able to share all of me. And, that terrifies me. I hope that you can challenge yourself to be vulnerable and go deep with me as well. Before our date, please take some time to write a letter to your younger self. I am going to do the same. I am so excited about our date and I can’t wait to see you later. I am incredibly hopeful that tonight will be special,” love Clare.

Jason knows that in order to fall in love he has to be vulnerable, and he hopes he can do that. He admits he is scared because he doesn’t like this.

On the date, Clare tells Jason that she intentionally choose him for this date. The first thing they do is stand up and scream out loud, let everything go. Then they write things down that they have been told about themselves, that has hurt them. Jason says this is the scariest thing he has ever done.

He says manipulative, she says needy, he says selfish, she says hard to love, he says can’t love, she says too picky, he says insecure, she says dominant bitch, he says cold and means. He says he believed the things people said about him. She tells him that they should let go of all the things that people said about them. They take these huge rocks and throw them, then hug.

The last thing, the letters. Both are heartfelt and make the two of them emotional. They find out that they have a lot in common when it comes to relationships. He thanks her for listening and not running away. Jason gained so many points in her book for being himself. She gives him the rose and tells him that she appreciates him being on the date and she wants to help more with his demons.

He accepts the rose and they kiss. Clare takes out the dress that she wore on the finale of the season of the Bachelor, the two take it and put it in the fire so she can put the past behind her. Claire says this is the most successful one on one date ever and she can’t wait to get to know him better.

It’s the second group date and the card said that Clare was looking for a man with some balls. The guys enter a gym and Clare throws soccer balls at them. Today, they are going to be playing dodge ball. Chris H. arrives and says he is splitting the men into two teams, red and blue. The winning team get to spend the evening with Clare.

Time for the dodge ball game. Clare says they should play strip dodgeball. The rules are, the game is over when the losing team has no clothes on. The whistle blows and the men start. The blue team is doing better than the red, but Jay takes out three men – so the blue team has to take off their shirts. Next, the blue team has to take off their socks. Claire tells the red team to take off their shorts, the blue team takes off their shorts. Chris H. looks embarrassed, he doesn’t want to watch. The blue team loses, they have to strip naked, the red team gets the night with Clare. Some of the men do it and Clare thanks them for being good sports. The five losers return to the room, after their walk of shame.

Out of the five winners, Eazy is the first to take Clare to the side to have some alone time with her. He is so excited to see her again and hopes she pins that rose on him. Eazy gives Clare a foot massage and tells her that he appreciates a lot of things about her. Meanwhile, Blake is very upset, he walked baked to his room naked and gets no time with Clare. He gets dressed and goes to interrupt Clare on her date. Jay is speaking to Clare and not impressed with the interruption, he asks Blake, didn’t you lose? Jay goes back to the men and tells them that Blake showed up to steal Clare away.

Blake tells Clare that she is there for him, and he knows he is going to take heat for stealing her away, but he doesn’t care. Then, the five men walk up to Claire and Blake to interrupt them. Blake tells the men that he wanted to share with Clare that he has balls, they don’t take it that way, they take it that he is a sore loser. Clare asks the men to give her some time with Blake. Clare tells Blake that she appreciates him coming but she doesn’t want to disrespect the other men, she hugs him and says goodbye. He tries to kiss and she leans the other way.

Brandon gets some one on one time with Clare and it doesn’t go well. He tells her that he went on the show just because she was going to be the Bachelorette because she is beautiful. But, he knows nothing about her and she is surprised. She asks if there is any other reason he wanted to come on the show and he says not really. There is a distinct awkwardness in the conversation, and she pretty much tells him off. He looks embarrassed, she tells him she feels nothing with him and has a really great group of guys, will focus more on them, and she doesn’t want to pursue this anymore with him and wants to walk him out. Claire returns to the other men and tells them that Brandon is gone home.

It is the second cocktail party and rose ceremony. Blake is worried, his interrupting Clare didn’t go well. Yosef on the other hand plans on giving Clare a piece of his mind about the dodge ball game and humiliating the men by having them strip naked. Clare asks to speak to Blake first. She tells him that she didn’t expect him to show up last night. He says it is something that he normally wouldn’t have done. She says that it was amazing for him to do and she doesn’t want him to worry, or question anything. And, she has a rose for him, she doesn’t want him to worry, but his mind and heart at ease; she kisses him and tells him that she wants him here.

Blake returns to the men and they are shocked to see the rose. Then, Clare spends time with Dale, they sit down and she lifts up her legs and swings them over on top of his lap. He tells her that he wants to be on all her dates. She asks him if she can kiss him. She has a gift for him, she covers his eyes with a blindfold. They kiss and touch each other, and kiss more.

THE END!
