The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that one CBS soap star recently reflected on some horrible memories as well as some happy ones. Annika Noelle (Hope Logan) talked to Soap Opera Digest about the worst summer she ever experienced, but she also remembered the best one that came later.
First thing’s first though! Let’s see what Noelle had to say about the summer that was a total nightmare. Noelle noted that during her worst summer, she was going into college. That’s usually a pleasant time for most teens, but that wasn’t the case for Noelle.
“Instead, I had gallstones, mononucleosis and all four of my impacted wisdom teeth taken out,” Noelle said. “That was a rough summer.” It’s easy to see why considering everything Noelle had to deal with! Fortunately, the B&B actress’ luck turned around after that summer health battle.
Noelle recalled the summer after she graduated from college as the best one ever. “I volunteered at a wildlife rescue and rehabilitation center in Thailand [wfft.org] and worked with the elephants,” Noelle said. “It forever changed my life for the better and influenced much of who I am today.”
As for Noelle’s character, Hope has certainly gone through some highs and lows, too. She sank to the pit of despair when she believed her beloved Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline) was dead, but Hope was overjoyed to be reunited with her daughter.
Now Hope’s happily raising Beth and Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) with the love of her life, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).
Of course, some curveballs are probably just around the corner for Hope. Once The Bold and the Beautiful resumes production, Hope and Liam may face some challenges – especially after Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) resurfaces. There’ll be a lot of great storyline potential with all that, so it’ll be worth tuning in for!
