The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Friday, July 10 - Thomas Falls For Hope’s Plot - Ridge Apologizes To Brooke

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, July 10, tease that viewers will see an encore episode that originally aired on March 13, 2020. The episode is part of “Confrontations Week” and it’s all about the fallout for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) after Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) interrupts his wedding to Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes). Thomas gets his comeuppance in a pretty spectacular way, so you won’t want to miss this great encore episode.

First off, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will talk over at Spencer Publications. Both men will be wondering what’s going on at the wedding, and they’ll be incredulous that Thomas is actually going to marry Zoe. Bill will rant to Wyatt about everything that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) has had to put up with because of Thomas, and how Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) hasn’t supported her.

Bill and Wyatt will rehash how Thomas has ruined Brooke and Ridge’s relationship and how he’s caused so much trouble for Hope and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). Bill will also express concern for Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) and he’ll say that he needs to play more of a role in Douglas’ life – after all, Douglas is family.

Meanwhile, at the wedding, Thomas will think that all his dreams have come true as he gazes at Hope and Douglas standing at the end of the aisle. Hope will be wearing the Hope For The Future wedding gown that Thomas designed for her, and Hope will say that she can’t let Thomas marry Zoe. Thomas be stunned, and Zoe will tell Thomas not to dare leave her at this altar. Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will ask Thomas who it will be.

Thomas will tell Zoe that he has to give a relationship with Hope a shot, and Zoe will haul off and slap him, with everyone in the audience gasping. Thomas will move toward Hope, but Brooke will jump up and try to talk some sense into Hope. Thomas will tell Brooke to stay out of it, and he’ll tell Hope that he never stopped loving her. Then Hope will strike, saying that she’s only in this gown to expose him.

Thomas will be stunned, and Hope will reveal that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) spilled everything. Hope will rant at Thomas for using Douglas’ fears and insecurities to scare him into thinking that Hope would be cut out of his life. Ridge will ask if this is true, and Thomas will turn to Zoe for help, claiming that this is all a big misunderstanding. But Zoe will reveal that she was in on the whole thing and knew about Hope’s plan.

Zoe will rail against Thomas, and she’ll say that she’s grateful to Hope for saving her from him. Zoe will announce that she’s no one’s consolation prize, and she’ll stand in solidarity with Hope. Thomas will be horrified, looking around at everyone and saying that they all have it wrong. Liam will have his say, as will Steffy, who will explain that this whole plan was Hope’s idea. Thomas will be floored.

Thomas will try to appeal to everyone, including Douglas, but Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) will pipe up and insist that Thomas not put his own kid on the spot right now. Thomas will be further horrified to learn that even Douglas was in on Hope’s plot. Douglas will tell his dad that what he did was bad, and that wants to be with Hope, Liam, and Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez).

Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Ridge will express their deep disappointment in Thomas as well, and Ridge will be disgusted that Thomas played him. Ridge will publicly and gently apologize to Brooke for not believing her about Thomas. Thomas will keep protesting, but no one will want anything to do with him now. Finally, Hope will say that she’s done with Thomas. Thomas will try one more time to appeal to Hope, but she’ll tell him clearly that they have no future.

Finally, Thomas will slowly look around the room at his friends and family. Everyone will look away, and Thomas will be in tears and on the verge of a breakdown as he quietly walks out the door. Hope and Liam will scoop up Douglas, and the three will smile at each other, happy to be together as a family.
