The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will work hard to repair his relationship, but will his efforts be futile? B&B fans know Katie Logan (Heather Tom) battled some trust issues going into this reunion. It took a lot for Katie to put her heart out there again since Bill’s broken it before.
Sadly, Bill just broke it against with a familiar assist from Katie’s sister. Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) has a connection with Bill that’s simply always going to be there. They can’t deny it or shatter it at this point. The video Katie just witnessed only serves as more proof of “Brill’s” forever bond.
No matter how hard they fight it, Brooke and Bill are going to be permanently tempted by each other. Clearly, they have a hard time resisting that temptation! How can Katie ever trust Bill again after this? Katie’s been burned too many times for have faith in Bill’s loyalty anymore. No one would blame her for being flat-out DONE.
Never say never on a “Batie” reunion since this is a soap, but Katie’s a gorgeous gal with a great personality. There are plenty of fish in the sea, Katie! Los Angeles must be crawling with eligible bachelors who’d love to take Katie out on a hot date – once her heart heals a bit of course.
Why not let Katie play the field and hopefully find someone who’ll treat her better than Bill? If Katie decides their relationship’s over, B&B could inch her in another hunk’s direction. The problem is there aren’t a ton of available options currently on canvas.
There’s an easy fix for that problem though. This might be the perfect time to bring back Dr. Jordan Armstrong (Vincent Irizarry). Could the doc be a nice match for lonely Katie down the road? It’s worth considering, especially since Irizarry confirmed he was open to a longer stay on The Bold and the Beautiful.
In an interview with TV Insider last year, Irizarry insisted he’d be happy for more airtime as the doc. “Sure…I love working,” Irizarry said. “I love the medium. I’ve been very fortunate enough to work with some wonderful people in this genre. I really appreciate the work and how substantive it is. I love that stories go from week to week and month to month. It’s exciting to me.”
Irizarry also revealed that he took the recurring role at Executive Producer and Head Writer Bradley Bell’s request. Bell must like Irizarry’s work, so why not throw him in the mix again? This time Dr. Armstrong could be a doctor of love. It’d be nice to see a fresh romance for Katie – and hunky Jordan could provide that.
Katie shouldn’t be a doormat and let Bill keep walking all over her. This is Katie’s chance to shake up her world, so we’ll give you updates as more B&B news rolls in.
