The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Monday, July 6 - Ridge & Eric Face Off In Portofino Challenge - Brooke Dons Showstopper Gown

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday, July 6, tease that viewers will see an episode that originally aired on January 6, 2003. The episode is part of “Classic Confrontations Week” and will showcase the elegant and exciting “Portofino Challenge” – a fashion showdown in Portofino, Italy between Forrester Creations and Spectra Fashions.

Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Ridge Forrester (Ronn Moss) will face off as lead designers for Forrester and Spectra, respectively. The scene will be exhilarating, as the Spectra models head down the runway, which is the pier. Sally Spectra (Darlene Conley), Darla Einstein (Shae Harrison), Clarke Garrison (Daniel McVicar), Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery), Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), and Massimo Marone (Joseph Mascolo) will all be on hand to witness the showdown.

While people watch the showdown from boats lined up along the harbor, the Forrester models will take the runway. Eric and Ridge will each be enjoying the friendly competition against one another, while Bridget Forrester (Jennifer Finnegan) quizzes a grumpy Massimo about how he’s doing with the whole scene. Massimo will remain stoic and gruff throughout the competition.

While all this is going on, Thorne Forrester (Winsor Harmon) will rush up to Macy Alexander (Bobbie Eakes) in front of a beautiful old church near the site of the fashion competition. Macy will be stunned that Thorne is there, and the two will embrace. Thorne will be thrilled that Macy showed up, but she’ll surprise him by saying that she’s just there to say goodbye.

Thorne will plead with Macy, telling her that he’ll do whatever it takes to keep her from leaving, and he’ll promise never to leave her again. Macy will be reluctant, but she’ll finally admit that she never stopped loving Thorne, but that she’s got to go. Thorne will do his best to persuade Macy to stay with him and why they should be together. Macy will seem to be persuaded, but just as she’s about to speak, Lorenzo Barelli (Luigi Amodeo) will walk up and tell Macy that Thorne is lying to her.

Macy will tell Lorenzo that she’s just saying goodbye to Thorne, and Thorne will be shocked. Thorne and Lorenzo will each make a persuasive speech to Macy about why she should be with each of them, Macy will look completely confused and conflicted about what to do next.

Back near the runway, Stephanie and Sally will needle each other about the competition, as only Stephanie and Sally can do. Each will be sure that their fashion house will reign victorious in the competition. Ridge and Eric will exchange friendly words and an embrace, with Ridge thanking his father for setting up the competition and helping him to get back on his feet.

Ridge will talk with Brooke as well, thanking her for the beautiful tribute to Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo). Brooke will say that she was unable to pay her respects to Taylor before, and she’ll hope that this will be the start of a new beginning for them. Soon, the Spectra showstopper will take the runway – a gorgeous wedding gown with Sally’s photo plastered at the end of the runway.

When it’s time for the Forrester showstopper, a boat will come sailing toward them containing a woman wearing a spectacular wedding dress. As the boat gets closer, everyone will be stunned to see that the woman is Brooke. Ridge will smile, clearly pleased by Brooke as the model.

After the showstoppers, it will be time for the winner of the Portofino Challenge to be revealed. Ridge and Eric will each look happy and ready for the outcome, while the emcees get ready to announce the winner.
