The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that a new character is headed to the CBS soap this fall. In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, B&B Head Writer and Executive Producer Bradley Bell confirmed that another woman will get in the mix by the time autumn rolls around.
They’re leaning toward making this woman Zoe Buckingham’s (Kiara Barnes) sister – and there’s a good reason why.
Bell pointed out that this female character will be involved in Zoe’s storyline with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz), who’s also set to show up this fall.
The Bold and the Beautiful is building a quad here, so it makes sense that they’re leaning in this sister direction. They’re setting up a sibling rivalry to intensify the inevitable heart battles.
Right now, we’ve just got Carter and Zoe growing closer. They’re sizzling already, but that trend will continue in the weeks ahead. Just when Zoe and Carter really start to move toward a solid relationship, Zende will come strutting back into town and shake things up.
Zoe will certainly notice Zende, but will she notice her sister swooping in and trying to steal Carter away? That could easily be what happens once Zoe’s sis arrives in Los Angeles. It’s easy to imagine
B&B’s Zoe and her sister having a complicated relationship anyway. Perhaps it’ll be made even more complicated by their similar choice in men.
We could have another situation like the one we’ve had with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom). The Buckingham sisters could be next in line!
The Bold and the Beautiful might keep us guessing on which sister will end up with which man in the end. Some betrayals seem likely in this story featuring Carter, Zende, Zoe and her sis.
Once this storyline wraps up, maybe Zoe’s sister could even be paired with other men on canvas. Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) are a couple of characters who could use a romantic shakeup.
For now, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say this love quad will take center stage – presumably forcing the Buckingham sisters to go to war over Zende and Carter.
