The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that an intriguing return is on the way. On Instagram, Tina Huang revealed that she was back on the set of B&B and would be reprising her role as Dr. Campbell.
Huang’s last stint was in 2017 when Steffy visited her doctor for a routine checkup and found out she was pregnant after a blood test confirmed it.
Dr. Campbell was also behind the paternity test that came later since Steffy needed to know if Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) or Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) was the father of her baby.
Huang has been busy filming as a Melinda Trask recast over on Days of Our Lives – and she’s been doing a great job as the fierce district attorney in Salem. However, Huang had some free time in her schedule to head back to B&B as Dr. Campbell, so The Bold and the Beautiful fans will be glad to see her again.
“Back on set Playing Doctor,” Huang said in her Instagram post, which included some great photos. “Happy to be back and see a warm familiar face. How I truly cherish these moments now @lsaintvic !”
Huang went on to talk about handling glam duty on her own due the safety protocols on set. “Had to do my own hair and makeup…A lot of my own stuff is @thrivecausemetics for every product purchased, they donate to help a woman thrive,” Huang added.
Of course, there are a couple of crucial things to point out here. Huang posted a pic with Lawrence Saint-Victor, who said it was “So great seeing you!!!!” in the comments.
However, it’s worth noting that pic was just of Huang and Saint-Victor sporting casual clothes in the hallway – which means Carter may or may not be part of Dr. Campbell’s upcoming stint.
If Carter is involved, it’s possible we’ll see a repeat scenario where Dr. Campbell surprises another character with pregnancy news – and Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) makes a lot of sense as the next “baby mama” on canvas.
On the other hand, it’s interesting that B&B is bringing back Dr. Campbell specifically. Since Dr. Campbell was involved in the DNA test that proved Steffy’s baby belonged to Liam, could her return point to a mistake that’s finally discovered? Could Bill actually be the father instead?
Many viewers have always hoped that Kelly Spencer’s (Avalon and Colette Gray) paternity might be revisited, so you never know! Then again, this story could involve a new baby for Steffy depending on how things go for her in the bedroom in the coming weeks.
Whatever the case, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Huang will reprise her role as Dr. Campbell, so that should bring some exciting story developments. As other B&B news and updates emerge, we’ll fill you in.
