The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Friday, August 7, teases that Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) will catch Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) off guard. B&B fans know Shauna just returned to Los Angeles and caught up with Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) as well as Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). Flo grilled Shauna about Ridge once they were alone, but Shauna mostly stayed tight-lipped.
However, Shauna did note that Vegas is her past and LA is her future. She couldn’t stay away – and there’s a good reason why. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers state that Shauna will have a shocker to deliver.
Friday’s B&B episode will bring an unexpected visit for Ridge. He may wonder what Shauna’s doing there and make it clear that he’s reunited with Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).
Ridge might point out that their time together in Vegas was fun, but it was also a mistake. Brooke is Ridge’s destiny as far as he’s concerned, so he’s ready to give his marriage another shot.
Nevertheless, Shauna will wonder what Ridge recalls from their last night in Sin City. Ridge may confess that everything’s hazy, though he’s been having some unsettling memory flashes of his drunken adventure.
It won’t be long until Shauna walks Ridge through a stunning story – the story of how they got married! Shauna will describe the little chapel they went to and how they said their vows.
They promised ‘til death do them part, but Ridge is bound to be confused. Ridge will undoubtedly counter that he’s still married to Brooke, so there’s no way Shauna can be his wife.
Shauna will have an answer for that, so she might claim Ridge told her he filed he divorce papers – or that he ordered someone to do it for him. Regardless, there’ll be some excuse that makes this marriage possible. Shauna will also produce a marriage certificate, so Ridge will want to make sure that’s authentic.
You can bet Ridge’s head will be spinning as Shauna shares her memories of their wedding and gushes over her new husband. Shauna will hope Ridge is willing to give this marriage a real chance, but that’s obviously not something Ridge can commit to in this moment.
Ridge will still be struggling to wrap his head around Shauna’s life-changing news.
Ridge will eventually get confirmation that he’s indeed divorced from Brooke and married to Shauna. Of course, there’s certainly the possibility of some funny business.
This could still be some sort of scam or manipulated series of events. Next week, Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) will tell Shauna she can NEVER reveal what they did, which suggests they did something terrible!
Quinn may have been behind the filed divorce papers along with some other matchmaking efforts. Whatever the case, Shauna isn’t giving Ridge the full picture and is setting herself up for trouble. For now, Shauna will hope her future with Ridge is bright, but things could fall apart down the road.
