The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Monday, August 3, tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will hope for the best. Sally now understands that she let her desperation drive her over the edge.
All Sally wanted was for Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) to love her again, but she gets that it would’ve been better to let Wyatt end things his way.
Sally suffered a severe panic attack that landed her in the hospital, so Wyatt will undoubtedly be careful about what he says and does. B&B spoilers state that Sally will beg for forgiveness and wonder if it’s possible.
Wyatt might tell Sally that he’s going to need some time or just sidestep the question. Despite his sympathy for Sally, Wyatt may not be ready to forgive and just move on.
However, it looks like Sally will at least get off the hook when it comes to her crimes. Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) will suggest that Sally’s fate is in Wyatt’s hands now.
Although Flo was knocked unconscious by Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) and held against her will, it’s Wyatt who was the real victim of Sally’s scheme. Flo will feel like Wyatt should be the one to decide what Sally’s punishment should be.
The same goes for Penny, who may catch a lucky break as well. Wyatt knows Sally is sorry and doesn’t want her having any more panic attacks, so it’d be best if she avoided an arrest! It sounds like Wyatt will think they should all just move on with their lives.
Unfortunately, Sally will worry that Wyatt’s never really going to get over what she did to him. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Sally will talk to Flo about all this on Monday.
Will Wyatt ever forgive Sally? Flo may offer hope since Wyatt forgave her for helping with the Beth Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray) bogus adoption plot.
If Wyatt can forgive something as horrible as that, he can get over Sally’s fake terminal illness scheme eventually. The wound is still fresh right now, so Wyatt just needs a chance to process and move forward.
Speaking of moving forward, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will be eager to get back to her usual routine. Sadly, that won’t be happening anytime soon.
Steffy will get updates on Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan’s prediction that it’ll take several weeks for her to recover. Since Steffy will inevitably suffer as she heals, Finn will urge her to take pain meds when she needs them.
Steffy won’t like the idea of needing a crutch to get her through this, but the pain will indeed be unbearable. You can bet Steffy’s going to rethink her stance in the coming episodes.
In the meantime, Steffy will try to hide her agony. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy will shut down Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) attempt to discuss it.
Instead, Steffy will only want to talk about Kelly Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) and what’s best for her.
Finn will let Ridge know that Steffy’s fighting him on the pain med issue, which probably won’t surprise him. Ridge knows his daughter is fiercely independent and can be a bit stubborn at times.
B&B fans can expect to see a more vulnerable side of Steffy as this pain takes a toll in the weeks ahead. We’ll keep you posted as other news rolls in.
