The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will be determined to help Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). In Friday’s Y&R episode, Adam insists he can’t be the man who proposed to Chelsea. Adam adds that they can’t be together – not now, not ever!
Of course, Chelsea isn’t going to give up that easily. She’s certainly not going to sit back and watch Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) blow up Adam’s life. Y&R viewers can expect a sneaky plan to form during the week of September 14-18. It looks like Adam will join forces with Chelsea on this – at least in the planning stage.
Chelsea will have to take the lead when it comes to the next phase, but she’ll find a pawn to help her. The Young and the Restless fans may recall that Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) once sent drinks to Chelsea and Chloe Mitchell’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) table at Society.
Although Chloe couldn’t partake due to her pregnancy, Chelsea shared a laugh with her about the bad boy at the bar.
Chloe and Chelsea joked about how they’ve still got it, so Chelsea will have to hope that’s still the case next week, too. She’ll have some serious flirting to do – and Theo will be on the receiving end of it.
That shouldn’t be a problem for Theo, who’s a natural flirt himself and has already hit on so many women in town. It’ll just be another day in the flirty life of Theo Vanderway!
Theo should enjoy himself when Chelsea cozies up to him, but her real goal will be smooth-talking her way into the Chancellor Communications office. Perhaps Chelsea will act like Adam’s a buzzkill and relate her own situation to the one Theo’s going through with Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle).
Maybe Chelsea could insist she hates it when people make a big deal out of nothing and push you away.
Then, Chelsea can act impressed with Theo’s new job as Chance Comm’s director of talent. She might seductively suggest she’d love to see where Theo makes the magic happen. Chelsea will stroke Theo’s ego, so he’ll take her to Chancellor Communications – and that’s where she’ll plant a bug.
Chelsea will hope to listen in on Billy’s plans, but she’ll hit a snag when Billy returns to the office while she’s still there! We’ll offer updates as other Y&R news emerges.
