The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, September 18, tease that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will have some concerns about Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) agenda. Y&R fans know Sharon recently decided not to serve as Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) therapist anymore.
Sharon assured Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) that she’d be focusing on her health from now on.
However, most viewers weren’t buying that! When it comes to Adam, Sharon’s always going to be invested in how things turn out for him. Although Sharon’s health will remain on her mind following her latest setback, that doesn’t mean she can turn off her Adam worries.
As a result, Sharon will fret over what Victoria’s cooking up.
Perhaps Sharon will overhear Victoria ending an ominous phone call or catch her wrapping up a chat with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). It looks like Sharon will confront Victoria, who may advise Sharon to concentrate on her cancer battle.
Victoria doesn’t trust Adam, so she won’t think Sharon should either – and she certainly won’t want Sharon putting her health in jeopardy over her ex.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will school Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) on something. Nick will need a history recap, so this might involve Nick’s complicated relationship with Victor Newman (Joshua Morrow) over the years.
Phyllis has already warned Nick about how Victor’s going to let him down time and time again.
Of course, Phyllis’ lesson could also tie in with Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). If Nick expresses his fears about Kyle and Summer’s reunion, Phyllis might have to remind Nick that he’s made his fair share of mistakes in love.
Whether they crash and burn or not, Summer and Kyle have a right to pursue a future if that’s what they want.
Phyllis may point out that this “Phick” reunion came with naysayers – including herself quite recently. No one can predict the outcome of any relationship with certainty, so sometimes you just have to trust your instincts.
Over with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), he’ll gain the advantage in the war against Adam. It’s possible Billy will realize Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) planted a listening device at the Chance Comm office, but it seems more likely this is about a new lead.
Y&R spoilers say Billy’s set to get one of those soon, so he’ll hope to lock in incriminating evidence.
