The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, September 25, tease that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will feel like she owes Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) an apology. Y&R fans know Sharon’s been having some outbursts as she copes with her cancer crisis. Sharon’s next surgery is coming up, so she’s stressed to the max right now.
If Rey finds himself on the receiving end of Sharon’s wrath, he certainly won’t hold it against her. Rey always manages to be patient and kind when it comes to any meltdowns Sharon might have.
Of course, Sharon’s apology might involve something else instead – like Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). It’s possible Sharon will get Adam on her mind and wind up obsessing over her ex once again.
Rey wants Sharon to focus on her health, and Sharon has agreed that’s for the best. Even so, Sharon might think things have gotten a bit too quiet! Adam felt worthless not too long ago and wound up in the pit of despair.
Sharon may fear Adam’s off dwelling on his mistakes when he’s actually plotting revenge, which isn’t a much better alternative.
If Rey feels like Sharon’s world is becoming about Adam again, he might voice his concerns. Whatever the case, Sharon will deliver an apology to Rey on Thursday and try to concentrate on her recovery like she planned.
Over with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), she’ll be behind Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) 100 percent. Chance has seen the light when it comes to Adam and what a wildcard he can be.
Friendship only goes so far, so Abby’s glad to know Chance has his limits. If there’s some way for Chance to lay down the law with Adam, that’s something Abby would support.
However, Adam has proven that he has no interest in listening to Chance. There really isn’t anything left for Chance to say since it won’t do any good. Instead, Abby’s support might be tied to the GCPD job Chance has been mulling over.
Although Abby was wary at first, she knows this is something Chance really wants. Despite the risks, Abby may push Chance to formally accept Paul Williams’ (Doug Davidson) offer.
Abby may argue that Chance can’t let Adam get in the way. Whatever the case, Chance should appreciate having Abby in his corner on Thursday’s Y&R episode.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will deal with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) drama. Nikki might sniff around for details on the Newman scandal that’s brewing at Chancellor Communications.
Adam’s downfall isn’t Nikki’s concern, but she definitely doesn’t want Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) going down along with his son.
Nikki may fish for info and even try to stop what Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) set in motion, but Lily won’t be willing to discuss anything of importance with Nikki. This is Chance Comm’s business, so Nikki will have to butt out! We’ll provide updates as other Y&R news pops up.
