The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will soon face some pretty difficult circumstances. As Y&R viewers know, she’s been dealing with a tricky situation with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). She struck up a friendship with Billy in December, and the two met on several occasions at the Empty Glass for drinks and conversation.
But recently, Amanda tried to break off her friendship with Billy after things started to feel weird between them. They weren’t having an affair, but it became clear that Billy was sharing emotional intimacy with Amanda that he couldn’t or wouldn’t share with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). The pair ended up seeing each other again, though, after Billy spiraled and got in a bar brawl and Amanda bailed him out.
Well, according to Y&R spoilers, Amanda will get summoned for a meeting with an angry Victoria, during which Victoria essentially accuses Amanda of being a cheerleader for Billy to pick his addictions back up.
That will come as a surprise to Amanda, and it looks like Amanda will start to realize what kind of a mess she’s been drawn into. She’ll probably be pretty upset to learn that she’s made an enemy out of Victoria.
But that won’t be the only turmoil that Amanda will face in the coming days. The Young and the Restless spoilers say that she’ll return to her suite at the Grand Phoenix to find her ex, Ripley Turner (Christian Keyes) sitting on her bed, waiting for her.
That should be a major shock for Amanda, who will have done everything in her power to stay as far away from Ripley as possible.
As Y&R viewers know, Amanda previously had a tracker on Ripley’s car, so that she knew where he was at all times. This appeared to be her way of feeling safe, since Ripley is someone she described to Billy as controlling and abusive.
Amanda have to deal with the terror of being alone with Ripley in her hotel room, and the stark realization that he knows exactly where she is now and how to find her.
Well, it seems that as Amanda’s world explodes, she’ll find friendship and support from a surprising source. Chances are Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will step in and be a friend, which isn’t too surprising, but Y&R spoilers also say that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will also rally around Amanda. They’ll apparently be sympathetic to Amanda’s plight with Ripley, as she struggles to figure out her new normal.
We’ll see what happens with Amanda going forward, but something tells us that things with Ripley aren’t going to end well, considering their history. But the good news is that Amanda will have allies in Devon and Elena, since it sounds like Ripley will be a big problem for her going forward.
