The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, December 17, tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will snoop for his son’s own good. Victor remains concerned about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), especially since Adam didn’t leave town with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) immediately as promised.
Although Victor isn’t sure what’s up, he knows something isn’t quite right here. As a result, Victor will have Adam monitored. He might spy on Adam himself if he has the opportunity, but Victor usually has his minions do most of the sneaking around.
Will Victor uncover any new clues about why Adam and Chelsea are still in Genoa City? Y&R fans know it’s because Chelsea suffered a brain aneurysm, which can’t be treated until after the holidays. Chelsea’s health is obviously the priority, so Adam wants to make sure everything’s squared away before they start their new life together.
Of course, Victor might figure out there’s a health crisis involved. It could lead Victor to confront Adam and demand the truth. Victor might feel like he can help if given the chance, but Adam may continue to push his father away.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will have plenty of questions for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). Sally will want to do some sort of interview that’s all about Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), but Jack will seem suspicious of Sally’s intentions.
On Thursday’s Y&R episode, Sally will get a crucial warning from Jack. He’ll feel like Sally should listen up and take his advice, but what will that advice be? Jack might make it clear that he considers Summer Newman (Hunter King) family.
If Sally intends to make waves in Summer and Kyle’s relationship, Jack might warn they’re going to have a problem.
The Young and the Restless viewers know that’s indeed what Sally plans to do – and Summer knows as well thanks to Theo Vanderway’s (Tyler Johnson) recent heads-up. Summer will pass along some cautionary words to Kyle, who probably won’t buy that Sally is a real threat.
Summer will maintain that Sally’s coming for her job and will use Kyle as part of her manipulation, but Kyle might argue that Sally can’t do any of that – not if Summer doesn’t let her!
Over with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), she’ll refuse to back down on something. It’ll most likely be Adam, so this could bring another round of clashing with Victor.
Nikki is never going to see Adam the same way Victor does or believe he deserves another chance. That’s bound to bring more “Niktor” conflict, so don’t miss what’s in store.
