The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of January 6-10 tease that some hot drama’s ahead in Genoa City. First, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will have a warning to pass along. No matter who’s on the receiving end, you can bet Nikki will mean business!
Elsewhere, Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) will get on Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) last nerve. He might sniff around Lola Abbott (Sasha Calle) again or make more veiled threats against Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Of course, Theo won’t see what the big deal is since Summer is clearly pining for Kyle. The difference is Summer doesn’t seem set on destroying “Kola’s” marriage. Theo, on the other hand, could take the first steps to getting what he wants.
As for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), he’ll get caught in another cousin battle. Jack will try to back Theo up, but the move will end up costing him.
Over with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), she’ll demand answers from Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks). If Tessa wants to turn down platinum recording artist Tanner Watts’ (Chase Coleman) offer, that’d certainly be a reason for Mariah to flip out. She may wonder why Tessa wouldn’t jump at a chance like this.
Tessa will eventually make a confession about her history with Tanner, which wasn’t a pleasant one. She’s got some good reasons for wanting to keep Tanner in the rearview mirror. Meanwhile, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will raise red flags for Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso).
Her suspicious behavior could spark some trouble in their relationship. However, Rey won’t realize that Sharon’s secret presumably involves her health. She’ll keep her shocker to herself for a bit, but she’ll still lean on Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick and Sharon will come together to reminisce. They might reflect on what would’ve been Cassie’s birthday and take a trip down memory lane in the process.
As Sharon considers the past, she may also consider the future – specifically, how much time she has left with her loved ones. If Sharon’s facing a cancer diagnosis as Y&R buzz predicts, she’ll have plenty to worry about.
Across town, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will get the opportunity to join a new project. Since Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will start one of those soon, Nate may agree to pitch in.
Over with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), she’ll have some advice for Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). Later in the week, Devon will make an admission to someone about Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan). Will it involve how drawn Devon is to her or could this be about Amanda’s many secrets?
Speaking of secrets, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will get fed up with all of Billy’s. She’ll confront Billy and spark some tension, so Billy may have to relieve some of it by hanging out with Amanda again. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Billy and Amanda will soon be closer than ever.
Next, let’s talk about Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). He’ll have an ultimatum for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), so he’ll be interesting to see how Adam responds. As for Adam and Chelsea, they’ll be on the same page about their future together.
Chelsea and Adam still need to sort some things out, but they’ll be well on their way after making love and having a deep discussion. Finally, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will be a busy woman. She’ll carve out time to confide in Nick and drive Abby up the wall!
