The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Who’s the Biggest Man-Child in GC? – 3 Guys Who Need to Grow Up & Get Over It

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that some of the men in Genoa City have been particularly selfish and immature lately. Between all the plots and feuds around town, Y&R has been delivering some less than desirable men!

Who’s the biggest man-child in GC right now? We’ll let you decide, but here are three guys who need to grow up and get over it.

1) Kyle Abbott

We get that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) was hurt by Summer Newman’s (Hunter Kyle) lack of trust. It wasn’t cool of Summer to bail on Kyle before the elopement without a real explanation.

Still, Summer ultimately tried to talk to Kyle and find a way forward. She loves Kyle and wants to make this work, but Kyle’s too busy biting Summer’s head off and declaring that they’re “dead and buried.”

Kyle tried to get a rise out of Summer by suggesting she was jealous of Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). He also turned things around Summer by acting like Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) was their problem instead of Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle).

Kyle’s behaving like a whiny brat instead of someone who wants to be in a mature relationship.

Don’t even get us started on Kyle’s rivalry with Theo! Although Kyle has every right to hate Theo’s guts, stomping off over a song at Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) funeral reception isn’t a good look.

Neither is trying to kick Theo out of Dina’s will reading. Who made Kyle the king of the Abbotts? Kyle needs to stop being a baby about every little thing and learn how to keep his mouth shut sometimes.

2) Adam Newman

Where do we even begin to dissect what’s in the head of self-centered Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)? Adam wants revenge on Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) for the unspeakable crime of protecting his 11-year-old son. The horror!

Adam was willing to lock up and drug Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) – the mother of his child – all because he didn’t want her foiling his scheme.

No one’s saying Adam hasn’t received unfair treatment from the Newmans, but plenty of people have issues in their families and they don’t go around plotting deadly destruction. Go to the beach! Join a dating app! Find a nonlethal hobby!

There are better ways of getting over a breakup and moving on with your life, but then Adam couldn’t keep up his “woe is me” act.

3) Nate Hastings

Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) also seems to be having a bit of a pity party, but he has nobody to blame except himself. You can’t just sleep with your cousin’s girlfriend and expect everything to be fine.

Nate absolutely deserved the punch Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) delivered. It’s a shame about Nate’s hand and tanked career, but when you play with fire – you’re going to get burned.

Nate even has the nerve to blame Devon for his issues in the November 9 episode. However, Y&R characters shouldn’t selfishly take whatever they want without expecting soap karma to come for them.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nate will continue to feel sorry for himself, but it might be tough for most of the audience to feel the same way.

Of course, characters like Theo and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) belong on the list of man-children as well, but Theo’s being provoked and Billy’s at least trying to move forward now. We’ll cut them a little slack as a result!
