TLC 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days spoilers tease that David Murphey has been through some major ups and downs in his search for his online love of seven years, known simply as “Lana.” As 90 Days viewers know, David experienced a major letdown when he had to return home from the Ukraine without having seen Lana. Now David is at a crossroads, and he needs to figure out his next move.
Well, according to the previews and sneak peeks for this Sunday’s all-new episode of Before The 90 Days, David will decide that it’s time to get some help in his search for Lana.
Right now, David is still firmly of the belief that Lana is a real person, and he’s dismayed that she lied to him, gave him a phony address, and broke her promises to meet with him in person. David wants some answers, and so he’s going to hire a private investigator to look for Lana.
Well, many viewers have been of the opinion that Lana simply isn’t a real person, and that whomever David has been corresponding with online for the past seven years is a fake and probably someone (or perhaps even multiple people) pretending to be a person named Lana.
But as viewers know, David vehemently disagrees with that premise, as he’s absolutely sure that Lana is a real person.
And so on this Sunday’s episode of Before The 90 Days, David will get a private investigator involved in searching for Lana. This is going to involve time and probably a great deal of money on David’s part, but he’s totally motivated to get some answers about Lana and why she lied to him.
Viewers are getting exasperated with David, and all it takes is one look at the comments on his Instagram feed to see that most fans are under the belief that Lana just isn’t real.
But what if we’re all wrong, and David is right? What if there actually is a person named Lana that David’s been corresponding with all these years? Could all the photos that David’s got of his beloved Lana actually be real?
On a recent Instagram Live session, Frauded By TLC, who is a reliable source, stated that she’s hearing that Lana is real and has been interviewed. Of course, time will tell whether Lana is a real person and is the same person who’s been corresponding with David all these years, but we think it’s important for fans to consider the possibility that a big bombshell could be coming in this story. That is, Lana could be real!
Imagine all the fans being wrong about David being catfished and Lana actually turning up in the flesh to be interviewed on the show! That would be a major story, and there would be plenty of questions to ask Lana at that point.
And assuming Lana is real, would David ever get the chance to meet her in person, or at least to talk with her via phone? Now THAT would be great television!
We’ll see what happens here, but given that the show has invested so much time in making David look silly for pining after Lana, going to meet her and getting stood up, and believing in her identity, we suspect that a major twist is coming and David could end up being right all along!
