Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will find himself in devastating new territory. Ben will make one final plea during the week of April 26-30 in hopes of keeping Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) in Salem.
It’ll be tough for Ben to let go, but he’ll ultimately decide that’s what he has to do.
When Ciara refuses to back down on her plan to leave for South Africa with Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson), it’ll finally hit Ben that he can’t change her mind or do anything to prevent this. Ben will reach a place of acceptance and take a completely different approach.
Days spoilers say Ben will grant Ciara her freedom and vow not to bother her as she heads on her new journey.
Ben will no doubt promise that he won’t follow Ciara or disturb her as she tries to make things work with Theo. If that’s the life that Ciara now wants, Ben won’t stand in her way.
Ciara will indeed leave with Theo by her side on April 28, so Ben will wind up feeling more alone than ever. At least when Ciara was presumed dead, Ben had the hope that he could find her and restart their romance.
Ben never truly believed Ciara was gone for good, so DOOL fans know that hope for a reunion is what kept him going.
It’ll be different this time around since Ben will be feeling rejected and down on himself due to Ciara’s barrage of criticism about his past. Ben will feel truly hopeless and won’t know what he really has to live for anymore.
There’ll be no goal to work toward since nothing’s going to change unless Ciara gets her missing memories back.
Of course, there’s one person who’ll happily step up to remind Ben that he’s not alone after all. Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) will be a crucial source of support during Ben’s upcoming crisis.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ben will lean on Claire for comfort – and Claire will do the same since Ciara still hates her as well.
It’ll once again give Claire and Ben something to bond over, so their connection will grow like never before. That’s especially true since Ben won’t have to worry about staying loyal to Ciara any longer.
Ciara has made it crystal clear that she doesn’t want Ben to be her husband, so he’ll be free to pursue new options just like Ciara’s doing with Theo.
Will all of this lead to Claire and Ben’s friendship turning into blooming love? Days of Our Lives spoilers for May sweeps offer some hints about that. There’ll definitely be the potential for Ben to fall for Claire as he tries to get over losing Ciara.
However, Ben shouldn’t be forced to wait around for the rest of his life – and Claire is perfectly entitled to follow her heart, too. There’s no reason Claire and Ben shouldn’t surrender to their feelings if love catches them by surprise and pulls them closer.
Claire will be Ben’s rock when he needs her most, so that’ll bring some changes in their relationship.
