Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) may face another crushing blow and some shocking accusations. A Days murder mystery will soon get underway for February sweeps, so it seems likely Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) will become the victim.
The suspect list would be a mile long, so he makes the most sense as the DOOL character to get rid of right now.
It was bad enough when Claire realized Charlie wasn’t the man she thought he was. Claire believed Charlie was gentle and sweet, but he turned out to be the kind of guy who’d assault Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and blame it on his brother, Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams).
Charlie also held his own mother, Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), hostage and drugged her – all while lying to Claire’s face.
Even so, Claire did care about Charlie and will surely feel something once he’s gone. The news of Charlie’s murder could bring some strong, complicated emotions for Claire despite his twisted history. However, Claire could easily wind up on that suspect list we mentioned.
After all, Claire nearly killed Tripp and Haley Chen (Thia Megia) – and then tried to kill Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) as well. Back when all the “Cin” wedding sabotage was going on and the bomb was planted, Claire faced accusations for things she didn’t do. Her murderous past came back to haunt her.
We have every reason to believe the same thing will happen once Charlie bites the dust. The police may determine that Claire had means, motive and opportunity based on the circumstances of the crime.
Claire might look like a vengeful ex with a score to settle, especially after what happened to her cousin and close friend, Allie.
Claire may have to rely on Belle Black’s (Martha Madison) legal expertise to get her out of this mess, but she’ll have to convince Belle she’s innocent first! The same goes for Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer), whose experience as a cop could leave him suspicious of his own daughter.
Although Claire could surely get Belle and Shawn on her side in the end, convincing Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) might be a different story.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say this whodunit will make several key players on canvas look guilty, so Claire’s probably going to be one of them.
It’s doubtful Claire will be the true culprit, but she may worry about what’ll happen if she can’t get off the hook. Claire might fear she’ll be sent back to Bayview or worse, land in prison!
