Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, November 19, tease that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will face his next round of temptation while Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) seeks Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) hot comfort. Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will also reject Paulina Price (Jackée Harry), so here’s what Days fans can expect.
In the DiMera crypt, the devil will take on the form of Kristen DiMera (Eileen Davidson) again and kick the temptation up a notch.
John will try to concentrate on what’s real – and that’s his deep love and devotion to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall).
Meanwhile, it seems Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) may see another escape opportunity while the devil’s distracted.
Susan should try to make a quick getaway once again, but possessed Marlena will once again stop her before she gets too far.
Since John won’t surrender to all the temptation the devil’s offering, Marlena will start considering other ways to wear him down.
Marlena will have some twisted plans for Susan to carry out in the coming episodes, so there’ll be plenty of drama going down in captivity!
Elsewhere, it seems Chanel will fill Johnny in on the wedding disaster she set in motion. Johnny should listen and try to understand why Chanel felt the need to blow things up.
Although Chanel will appreciate a sympathetic ear, she’ll really be looking for a steamier kind of comfort.
Chanel will probably push Johnny to help her forget her family problems by hitting the sheets.
Of course, it’s a bad idea to make that the reason Johnny and Chanel take the next step as a couple. That could set up some trouble later, but Chanel may just want focus on not hurting for a while.
In the town square, Lani will give Paulina a chance to share her side of the story. Paulina will pour her heart out and try to make Lani understand this started out for safety’s sake.
DOOL viewers know Paulina wanted to keep Lani’s abusive biological father out of the picture, so she hid from him during the pregnancy and handed her baby over to Tamara Price (Marilyn McCoo).
Nevertheless, Paulina’s excuses won’t be enough to help Lani cope with the pain she’s facing.
Days spoilers say Lani will still feel deeply betrayed and even abandoned.
Abe and Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) aren’t Lani’s biological relatives, so Lani will keep trying to wrap her head around that.
Lani will blame Paulina for the agony she’s in and will most likely cut her biological mother out of her life for good!
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Lani will need to have some long, heartfelt conversations with Theo and Abe, so those should be coming up, too.
