Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, July 12, tease that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) will fight over Justin Kiriakis’ (Wally Kurth) help. Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) will also cook up a surprise marriage proposal while Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) drops a bomb on Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), so let’s discuss all the Days drama ahead.
At the Kiriakis mansion on Monday’s DOOL episode, Ciara and Ben’s disagreement will escalate. When Ciara showed up and realized Ben had the same idea to hire Justin, she obviously wasn’t happy about it.
Ciara will stand her ground and insist Justin’s going to be her attorney, but Ben may point out that he got there first.
Of course, Ciara will probably fire back that Justin is family. She’ll feel confident that Justin’s going to represent her over Ben, but Ben would rather just drop this divorce idea entirely.
Ben will make it clear that just because he’s seeking representation doesn’t mean he’s giving up on their future together.
There’ll even be a moment when Ben moves in so close he could kiss Ciara, but he should refrain from making such a bold move.
Meanwhile, Bonnie will be giddy over a surprise she has in mind for Justin. She’ll fill Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) in on this secret shocker, which involves popping the question.
Kayla will be taken aback when she finds out Bonnie’s going to ask Justin to marry her, but she’ll accept that’s just how Bonnie rolls.
Bonnie marches to the beat of her own drum, so she’ll want to take matters into her own hands and propose to Justin herself.
Since Bonnie will be convinced Justin is going to say yes, she’ll even convince Kayla to be her matron of honor when the time comes. The good news is an engagement will indeed happen eventually. The bad news is there’ll be some confusion when Justin initially rejects the proposal.
Justin will just want to be the one doing the asking, so things will take a happier turn in the coming episodes. However, Bonnie will face some heartbreak in the meantime!
As for Theo, he’ll pay Chad a visit and reveal his own engagement updates. Part of Chad should be thrilled for Theo, but another part of him may worry this will end in disaster.
Chad knows how much Ciara used to love Ben when she could remember him.
Chad may wonder if Theo’s prepared for the possibility of losing Ciara if she gets her memory back, but Theo will remain optimistic.
Days viewers are no doubt wondering who stole the burning letter from the fireplace on Friday’s episode – and it looks like Chad will be revealed as the answer to that mystery on Monday.
We’ll see Chad retrieving the incriminating evidence, so stay tuned to see what he decides to do about it!
Next, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will catch Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) and Xander Cook Kiriakis’ (Paul Telfer) passionate encounter.
After Julie derails Xander and Gwen’s steaminess, she’ll grow increasingly suspicious of the whole Dr. Clay Snyder (Michael Lowry) situation.
Gwen hoped that maybe Julie didn’t get a good look at Dr. Snyder’s face when she saw him at the house.
Unfortunately, Julie should realize dead Dr. Snyder was the guy who was supposedly passed out drunk on the Horton sofa.
Julie will soon become convinced that Gwen and Xander played some sort of role in Dr. Snyder’s death.
