Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, September 13, tease that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will deliver a shocking proposal to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) while EJ DiMera (Dan Feurriegel) and Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) have a hotel brawl. Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will also make a big decision about her marriage, so here’s what DOOL fans can look forward to.
First, Days spoilers say Marlena will get a pleasant surprise when Johnny shows up to visit her. Johnny will hug his grandma and take a moment to catch up, but he’ll really be there to charm her into investing in his film.
Days spoilers say Johnny will make quite a pitch and impress Marlena with his passion, but the subject matter of this movie should prove unsettling.
Whether Johnny reveals it now or not, we know his movie ties in with Marlena’s possession and exorcism storyline from the ‘90s.
Johnny is planning to reimagine the ordeal somehow, but that was an incredibly painful chapter of Marlena’s life that she’d rather keep buried.
Although Marlena may show her support for Johnny’s career, she’ll confide in John Black (Drake Hogestyn) later during the week of September 13-17 about the difficult memories this is stirring up.
In the meantime, Xander will physically attack EJ for vowing to call the judge and get the charges reinstated.
Xander just wants EJ to wait a few minutes and let him go get the money from the Salem PD, but EJ’s being a whiny little brat and trying to prove a point.
It looks like Xander will rush at EJ to snatch the phone away and stop him from summoning the cops.
That’ll lead to quite a brawl between Xander and EJ, but maybe they can eventually call a truce and just get EJ the cash before someone gets seriously injured!
Since Doug is showing more signs of memory issues, Julie will decide to take him to the hospital like Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) wanted.
Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will ask Doug a few preliminary questions and order some tests to get to the bottom of his recent mental decline.
As for Abigail, she’ll hear Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) sincere plea to put their family back together.
Chad will fight for his marriage and list plenty of reasons why Abigail belongs with him in Salem.
DOOL spoilers say Abigail will ultimately decide to give her relationship another shot, so she’ll pack her bags and head home with Chad soon enough.
It’ll take some work to get Chad and Abigail’s romance back on track, but she’ll be willing to try and will certainly want to see the kids again.
Finally, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will have to decide whether she’s going to make a full confession to Jack or go with Xander’s bogus story about being a hooker.
Although Gwen’s planning on telling the truth, she may end up going with Xander’s suggestion if she can’t find the courage to come clean.
