Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, July 12 to July 23, tease that there’ll be a big cliffhanger before the Olympics along with Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) helping Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) beforehand. They’ll work on a Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) mission – and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will lean on Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) for support.
During the week of July 12-16, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will try to salvage what’s left of the burned letter – the one Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) sent that contains Sami Brady DiMera’s (Alison Sweeney) dirty little secret.
Afterward, Chad will enjoy catching up with Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) on his engagement to Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal).
No matter what concerns Chad might have deep down, he’s not the type to judge Theo or rob him of his job. Chad and Theo will end up laughing over a chess game, so this visit will definitely bring some fun bonding.
Speaking of bonding, Chanel and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) have been doing plenty of that lately. In fact, Chanel will think they’re ready to officially take things out of friendship territory and into the romantic zone.
After all, that make-out session on the Fourth of July was certainly more than best pals would normally do. Chanel will think there’s a real spark to explore and will confess her feelings to Allie.
Chanel will urge Allie to break up with Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) so they can be together, but it looks like Allie will put up a fight despite her growing feelings for Chanel.
As for Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash), they’ll come up with a sneaky plan – perhaps one that’ll help Jake get back at EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) without resorting to marriage drama.
Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will also hit Salem again just in time for his one-year anniversary, so DOOL fans can expect a party and a shocking exposure.
Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) will soon have some explaining to do since Sami will make sure the truth about the Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) hookup comes out.
However, Sami shouldn’t get too complacent since threats will be coming at her from multiple angles.
That includes a new one since Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) will fill Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) in on his own cheating with Sami and plot to wreck her marriage to EJ.
Across town, Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will unleash her wrath on Paulina Price (Jackee Harry).
Paulina’s attempt to apologize won’t go over well since it’ll come with so many excuses. Lani won’t want to hear any of it and will ban her aunt from any involvement in her life.
During the week of July 19-23, Claire will make Ben a firm promise. Days viewers know Claire considers Ben to be a good friend, so she won’t want to let him down.
Ben will need some help winning Ciara over, so Claire will decide she’s in and will become his right-hand woman on this plot.
While Ben strategizes and hopes to jog Ciara’s memory, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will pass along some cautionary words.
Abe will see that Theo’s ecstatic over the engagement, but Abe will fear his son’s rushing into this new marriage. The fact that Ciara isn’t even divorced yet will also remain a problem.
Abe will think the best thing Theo can do is postpone the wedding, but he may feel like Abe’s just another naysayer trying to rain on their parade.
Next, Chanel will once again find Eli easy to talk to. She’ll most likely open up about her feelings for Allie and the sense of rejection she’s feeling.
Eli might suggest that if it’s meant to be, then it’ll happen. Chanel may just have to be patient with Allie and let her figure out what she really wants.
Finally, Chad and Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will get pulled into an emergency situation, so that’ll most likely be a crisis that results from an upcoming cheating fiasco.
Days will air a big cliffhanger on Thursday, July 22 – and it’ll tie in with Ben and Ciara’s enduring love story.
The Friday, July 23 episode will be preempted as the NBC soap kicks off a break for the Olympics, so we’ll keep you posted as other Days news and updates emerge.
