Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Linsey Godfrey is almost at the end of her run as Sarah Horton, so let’s talk about Sarah’s exit strategy. DOOL fans know Sarah has been fighting for her freedom in the DiMera cellar – all while Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) wreaks havoc in a Sarah mask.
Now “Sarah” has broken Xander Kiriakis’ (Paul Telfer) heart and assured Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) that she wants to leave town together, but the real Sarah isn’t ready to give up.
When Days last left off, Sarah had just lunged at Kristen with the syringe she found and was determined to emerge victorious.
Unfortunately, it’ll be Kristen who wins the war for the syringe instead. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sarah will remain under Kristen’s control – and what’s worse, Kristen will have a hallucinogen to threaten her with!
Kristen won’t know what’s in that syringe any more than Sarah does, but she’ll probably argue that Sarah doesn’t want to find out.
DOOL spoilers say Kristen will bring a giant trunk down to the cellar and force Sarah to get inside. Next, Kristen will put her Sarah mask on and return to Rex with her trunk.
Rex might crack a joke and wonder if “Sarah” has a body in there since this thing will really be ginormous. However, Kristen will apparently find a way to keep Sarah quiet inside the trunk and will drop a bomb on Rex moments later.
Rex will be eager to get started on the new chapter “Sarah” promised, but she’ll dump him instead! Just when Rex asks if “Sarah” is ready to go, she’ll probably insist that she is – just not with Rex.
“Sarah” may argue that she acted impulsively and needs to figure out what her life looks like without any exes attached.
A puzzled and crushed Rex will leave town alone while Kristen ships Sarah off to who knows where. Kristen brought up a deserted island that used to belong to Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) and added that supplies were flown there every few weeks. That could indeed be where Sarah lands at the end of all this.
It makes sense that as Xander struggles over his lost love, we’ll see where Sarah actually is and hear her vow to get back to him. It could leave the door open for Sarah to make a big return down the road.
However, there are no guarantees – and until Days of Our Lives spoilers prove otherwise, this will essentially be a permanent vacation for poor Sarah! It sounds like Sarah will be miserable as she copes on this deserted island or some other isolated place.
