Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Thursday, April 15, teases that Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) will enjoy driving Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) wild with jealousy. Jake can pretend he doesn’t want Gabi all he wants, but it’s obvious he’s in denial!
Gabi will love seeing that flash of jealous passion in Jake’s eyes during her afternoon with Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson). Jake just bumped into the pair looking cozy in the Horton Town Square, where Philip dropped that date bombshell.
You can bet Jake will make snarky comments and try to act like this doesn’t bother him, but Gabi will walk away satisfied over the reaction she gets.
However, Philip is hoping Gabi will give him a shot at winning her over. He’s hopeful about the idea of a new romance, but getting over Jake seems to be an impossible task for Gabi.
As for Jake, he’ll return home fuming over that encounter with Gabi and Philip. Jake might fill Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) in, but he’ll downplay his jealous nature and start doting on Kate quickly.
Sometimes it feels like Jake overcompensates when it comes to the things he says and does around Kate. The harder Jake fights his feelings for Gabi, the more he’s forced to oversell what he shares with Kate as some grand love story.
Jake and Kate will lock lips on Thursday and most likely discuss Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) as well. Thanks to Kate, Ben was able to secure a syringe full of Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) memory serum.
Jake is really rooting for Ben and Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) to reunite, so he’ll hope Ben can give Ciara the injection and prompt a memory flood. Ben indeed plans to inject Ciara, but there’s a big problem since he doesn’t have permission to give her this dangerous drug.
Ciara’s sleeping peacefully, but she’ll soon awaken and have a meltdown over Ben hovering over her with a loaded syringe.
Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) will land in the right place at the right time, so he’ll rush in Ciara’s hospital room and stop Ben from giving her the memory serum dose.
Ben will insist Ciara will appreciate it if his plan works, but Theo will think it’s too risky. Once Theo takes the syringe away, he’ll push Ben to leave Ciara alone. Ciara already hated Ben, but she’ll loathe him more than ever after this memory serum plot ends in catastrophe!
Since Ben will be banished from Ciara’s room, he’ll no doubt rush off to wallow in his heartbreak.
As Ciara calms down and tells Theo how grateful she is, she’ll lean in close and give him a smooch. Theo definitely won’t mind the affection between them, but he’ll probably think about Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) warning.
Chad suggested that if something happened between Theo and Ciara, she could ultimately remember what led to her marriage and hurt Theo by going back to Ben.
DOOL fans know Theo will have to decide if he’s willing to take that risk. For now, Theo will just savor this kiss and a moment of Ciara’s adoration for his heroic efforts.
In the meantime, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will rip into “Susan Banks” aka Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). Furious Chloe will point out that she told “Susan” about her feelings for Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) in confidence.
Since “Susan” spilled to Brady, Chloe may insist “Susan” broke the friendship code. Of course, “Susan” is actually Kristen, so she should love hearing all about how Chloe crashed and burned with Brady – at least that’s what Chloe may assume happened.
When pressed, Chloe might admit she’s mainly mad at herself for putting her heart on the line like that. Brady ran off without addressing his own feelings, so Chloe may believe she misread things and has no chance.
This might fill Kristen with hope, but it turns out Brady only dashed off because he’s upset over falling for Chloe again.
Once Brady wrestles with how he really feels, he’ll confess what’s in his heart next week. Until then, Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) will let Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) know that Kristen is only pretending to be Susan.
That alone will come as a shock to Lucas, who’ll hear the crazy explanation and fume over Kristen’s blackmail scheme.
Sami will insist she’s counting on Lucas to do his part and help keep Kristen appeased.
Days spoilers say that means carrying out a plan that’ll drive Chloe and Brady apart, but Lucas isn’t going to like messing with Chloe’s emotions like this. That’s especially true since Lucas will be doing most of the work!
