Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Thursday, April 22, tease that Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) will verbally attack Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) for trying to steal Ciara.
Claire is a big supporter of Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston’s (Victoria Konefal) marriage, so she’ll step up to protect it.
Although Claire knows Ben’s made some mistakes in his quest to get Ciara back, she’ll feel certain Ben and Ciara belong together. Claire won’t want Theo confusing Ciara even further and making Ben’s reunion mission harder.
Since Claire convinced Ben to give Ciara some space after his apology, she should share that news with Theo and push him to back off, too.
However, Theo will inform Claire that there’s been a change of plans. Claire will get updates on Ciara’s decision to leave for South Africa with Theo, so that’ll rile her up even more.
Claire was hoping that once Ciara was out of the hospital and in more familiar surroundings, she might face a memory flood.
Of course, it’s less likely that Ciara will remember once she’s out of her element halfway across the world. Theo is a pretty peaceful guy who tends to go with the flow, but he’ll have to fight for what he wants here – especially since it’s what Ciara wants, too.
Theo might insist they’re not rushing into a serious relationship, but they do intend to leave town together and see where this adventure takes them. He may admit he’s hoping it’ll bring a bright future and no memories of Ben since Ciara has promised she doesn’t want to reunite with him anyway.
Claire will know Ciara would feel differently if she could just get back those missing years, but Theo may wonder what’ll happen if Ciara never remembers. He might argue that Ben needs to come to grips with that possibility – and perhaps Claire does, too.
Theo will be willing to take a chance on what’s in his heart, even if it could mean getting it broken down the road.
At the hospital, Days spoilers say the hits will just keep coming for poor Ben. He just found out Ciara is leaving town, but Ciara will deliver another curveball when she reveals she’s leaving with Theo.
Ben will hate the idea of Ciara giving up on their marriage like this. He might even blame Theo for trying to lure Ciara away from Salem, but Ciara will insist it was her idea and her decision alone.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ciara will reiterate that she’s never getting back together with Ben. She’ll push him to move on, so there may be some divorce talk on Thursday. Ciara will think it’s time for them to go their separate ways, but Ben will struggle to accept Ciara’s choice.
Ciara will insist she’s more than friends with Theo and intends to see if they can make things work. She won’t particularly care what Ben does, but she’ll advise him not to wait on love that isn’t returning.
Naturally, this is just another tough chapter of a crushing Days story. Ciara and Ben are endgame, so it’s just a matter of “Cin” fans being patient as we gear up for another dry spell without them.
In the meantime, Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) will assure Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) that everything’s under control. Sami will promise to keep her end of the bargain as long as Kristen keeps her end, too.
Kristen will indeed stay quiet about Sami’s betrayal with Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) and give them a chance to put their plan in motion. That plan involves seducing Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), so Sami will push Lucas to get started.
Lucas will wonder how he’s supposed to make Chloe believe he loves her out of the blue. He may argue that Chloe is a smart woman and is bound to be suspicious.
Even so, Sami won’t think failure is an option. She’ll pressure Lucas to get over any doubts or concerns about manipulating Chloe’s heart. Lucas will prepare to track Chloe down – and he’ll end up claiming he’s dying of a brain tumor by the end of the week!
It’ll be part of this twisted plan to keep Chloe and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) apart on Kristen’s orders.
Until then Brady will admit his heart’s desire during an honest conversation. He’ll acknowledge that he’s been running from his feelings and really does feel the same way as Chloe.
This should make Chloe wonder if they can finally be together, but it won’t be that simple since Brady is still committed to Kristen and shares a child with her.
Chloe will think Brady would be better off with her and may point out she’d be happy to serve as a fill-in mom to Rachel Black (Josephine and Rosalind May). She’ll undoubtedly remind Brady that Kristen could be stuck in prison for an awfully long time.
Neither Chloe nor Brady realize that Kristen’s secretly scored her freedom through a switcheroo. Vivian Alamain (Linda Dano) will get in touch with Kristen on Thursday’s DOOL episode and warn that the clock is ticking.
If Kristen doesn’t tear Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) apart immediately, then Vivian will fully intend to rat her out.
Kristen will realize Vivian really means it, so she’ll pay Kate a visit in her Susan disguise soon enough. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Kristen’s about to make Kate her target, but Kate will make some trouble in return!
